I have seen and heard that the stores are carrying less and less ammo for the sportsmen, for the Govt has locked up a lot of the ammo manufacturing plants for the war. Could this be a plan by the Govt to let the American people have our guns, but deny us or ammo for protection or for hunting purposes?

I just wanted to get feeback from the working people if they feel their company (no names please) really value their employees; by this I mean does their direct managers take time to develop their direct charges or do the employees feel that their direct managers spend more time making themselves look good and not taking enough time to understand their charges strengths and weaknesses.

Do you feel as if your company truely values your opinions, your manager works with you to help you grow, or do you feel as if other people get that promotion for they have made the "right contacts" to further their career.

I believe it was Jack Welch (GE) who thought it was a compliment that other companies "raided" his people, because it showed he was doing something right.

We put a deposit down on a Smart Car and have gotten the usual run around trying to get the deposit back. Just wanted to know if anyone else has gotten the run around?

It will download start to install then 1/2 way through will not go any farther and reverse. Any ideas on what is wrong?

By passing the FairTax plan it would close the lobyist loopholes used to charge us as consumers more, the poor would basically pay no tax and it would progress upwards from the poverty level as you spend more. It would make April 15th just another spring day.

The current Politicians have been campaigning for a very long time for another job. Would your employer allow you to do the same thing and still pay your wages, benefits, keep your position open if you fail to become elected, etc. ?

Then why do we the Tax Payers allow the Politicians (who work for us) allow this to happen. If you sat down at a restaurant and ordered some food and the waiter/waitress came back and said we cannot serve you now, our cook is campaigning for another job, would you smile and say, "Ok I'll wait till the cook comes back off the campaign trail?

When you pay for something, that makes you the customer, and if the saying 'the Customer is allways right", is true, then dog gone it let the Politicians know and tell them Loudly..
