I love the Beatles and it's clear from the footage of their old shows they had a huge following even then. However during their earlier performances (around the time they were on Ed Sullivan's show) most of the audience is composed of women. My question is whether or not the Beatles were also hugely popular with males? The Fab Four are often considered the first boy band and as we all know boy bands often warrant a mindless hatred from men (myself included most of the time.) Were the Beatles ever subject to this or were they always the universally popular group they were in their last few years and as we see them today? Were the boyfriends of those screaming girls just as fond of the Beatles? Thanks you for your help and input.

PS: I know that older men in the 1960s were most likely not huge Beatles fans. I am referring mostly to the "hip young crowd" of the day. I also know that many living in conservative rural areas had problems with the Beatles (especially after some of John's comments on religion.) I'm well aware of those things, my question is more specific to gender and not really age or geography.

When I was younger I went to a restaurant/diner once where the walls were completely covered with albums covers from old records. They covered every inch of the walls even in the bathrooms. Along the top of the wall next to the ceiling there were racks that held all the vinyl records. When I was a kid (around 12-13 years ago) I thought the place was really cool and would love to visit it again. I live in Crawford County in Southern Indiana so I'm assuming the place is either in Indiana or Kentucky somewhere. I would like any info but specifically the location and name of restaurant. Thanks for your help.

I don't remember a lot about this move but I remember that it featured giant monsters similar to those in godzilla's films. The main monster has a rhombus shaped crystal on his forehead. If i remember correctly ( which I may not ) the crystal was used to control him and he became good when it was broken. This film uses CGI and in one of the final scenes the main monster is carried away by helicopters. Thank you

I have a craftsman socket wrench set and dropped my half inch socket into the engine compartment. After that occurred I must assume that evil elves of misplaced objects stole it because I searched and could not find it. Anyway since craftsman has a lifetime guarantee would they replace the socket since it is part of a set. I don't want to contact them and make a fool of myself. I would much rather make a fool of myself here. Would appreciate any helpful details. thank you

I am a man and I'm considering trying woman's jeans because I have heard they fit and look better. I like bootcut jeans but find that in men's most brands make them really baggy. I'm looking for pics of men wearing woman's boot cut jeans for reference but cant find any. I would pics if anyone has any. Also I'm pretty cheap so that should be kept in mind. Thanks

I have a Calvin Klein henley and I swear after a couple of hours of wearing it it grows two or three sizes.

When I put it on in the morning it fits perfectly but by midday its gotten baggier and the sleeves have swallowed my hands. The fabric does seem a little stretchy. Also after I wash and Dry it, it is back to the more fitted fit. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there any way to keep this from happening to my shirt again (washing it differently?) Any brands or fabric styles to make sure to pass in the future? Much appreciated thank you.

I took a pair of vintage harness boots to a shoe repair place. the guy said it would be 2 weeks because of a large backlog and he would call when they were finished. After 2 weeks I called his shop several times but got no answer. After week 3 had passed I went back to his shop and he had completely forgotten about them and had them under a pile of junk. He took my name and number again and I left. That was about 4 days ago. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I want to watch every Episode from the nearly 50 year history of the show. I don't mind getting the seasons separately but I know some early episode are missing or only have the sound remaining from the first second and maybe third doctor. I don't want to ignore the serials that have missing episodes but I also don't want to watch incomplete stories. Help?
