So these guys somehow decided to visit a school in my city but doing research, they could be forced to leave after 20 min. or face $500 fine and a misdemeanor. So really I just want to make sure my logic makes sense before I do anything.

The education codes for the district of the school say that if you loiter on an adjacent sidewalk to school and have "unlawful business" you may me asked to leave by the principal of the school or face a fine etc.

And while their protests are lawful, if the yell they can easily break the cities Noise Control Laws, especially since they moved the protest from across the street to infront of the school near where there will be a counter-protest.

So does this make sense and will they break the law?

*I know that they are all lawyers and would of checked this out, however the bit about loitering is buried in the school districts website, which I doubt they looked at.
