Before I got my first.i was weighting 120lbs after that then came the 3child ,180 then the 3kid my weight was increase to 230lbs after birth I drop 30lbs as of now I weight 200lbs ,am trying to lose 50lbs .but it not easy ,my last born refuse to take the bottle .my busy life is getting in my way ,i like to eat vegetables and fruits ,now am buying new cloth because my old cloth don't fit,am a stay home mom .when I see my weight I get desperate .and crave a lot of food stuff .its like am constantly fighting a battle ,because am a stay home mom am a little bit shakey.any in but

i want to stop a thinking about food all the time .am afraid to gain weight my weight was 160 lb put know its 170 lb .my eating habits is 2 much for me .i need to controlled my appetite am no strong enough i need help i own a grocery store .and all the food is looking at me .i try to controlled it but it did not last .

4years and married u .he said all the time he going to married and he never married me .i love him but am confuse .some times .because he is very responsible man .

its not that i am angry .i just get this cravens all the time .i feel like i afto eat .and am afraid to gain weight.my health is important .i get real bad stomach .i try to eat healthy and lose weight but it last about 1 week.who do i change this .its a challenge.my weight 67lb .
