Im looking for a weight loss plan that is based off exercise 5 days a week for 40-1hr... I'm stuck inside with no access to machinery, stairs climbing (i live in a one floor house, LOL) I want to mainly do cardio, and reach my goal by june, because I want to be slimmer for summer when it's time to put the bikinis on... I know that of I start now, I can do it.... I just don't know where to start? Btw, I don't have an ultimate weight goal, my only goal is to look in the mirror wearing a bikini and to feel confident. im on victorias secret's website and I have a question. The dont have 36A, my usual size...they have 32AA though, and I heard AA is bigger than A. is that correct? And will a 32AA fit me?

Ok so about two weeks ago I found a bug in my ear.i thought nothing of it simply that a bug landed there.today I found bugs in my bangs so I called my mom and she said check my scalp so I did but I didn't Find anything. Why would they only be in my bangs? My scalp is itchy and im sooooo grossed out now I feel like every part of me is itchy what do I do??!

ok I have volleyball tryouts tommorow and im wearing pink spandex under pink shorts with an old junky t-shirt. I keep reading that you need knee-pads. I dont have time to go and buy volleyball ones, do you think I could sub my skateboarding pads for volleyball pads? I know it would look really silly but its only for tryouts and I need some protection because I know I cant dig a ball without getting a knee burn. Help? Also if you have any tips for me at tryouts that would be good too :)♥

I know the basics. Bring water, a light snack so I dont get dizzy, headband so my bangs dont get in the way, dont try too hard but try your best, etc.

OK so i've been told to wash my face everyday with it and I've been told its horrible for your face. I have been using it and I've only been getting acne more and more. But, usually when I start to use something on my skin usually it takes a few days to work, so it builds up acne then it goes away...but its been a week and I dont know if this acne is going to pass or not? I use bar soap or body wash depending on my mood. If this is bad, what should I be washing my face with? Specifics please. Maybe some stores where I could get it also. Thanks.

Ok my friend is turning 11 on Tuesday and we live far apart so i'm mailing his gift. I'm going to the salon soon and i'm sooooo tired of getting the same cut over and over again!! I always get mid back length with two bottom layers and side bangs, BOOOORRRRRINGGG. I need some new cuts that would look good on me! I have thick, too curly too be wavy and too wavy to be curly hair. I have an oval shaped face and wide cheek bones. I cant get anything shorter than 4 inches below my shoulders. Help!
