I got my hair professionally dyed in early December, but it turned out a little more red than I would have liked. I wanted more of a dark brown but it developed into a brownish-red that I’ve gotten pretty tired of. Any suggestions on how to fade the color? I would prefer not to bleach my hair but I’m not sure if there is a way to fade the color without using a lightener of some sort. 

I got my Nexplanon implant on August 14th of this year, and since then I’ve had spotting nearly every day- which I was told is normal by my gynecologist for around the first 3 months. However, for the past 10 days I’ve had an extremely heavy period and have even bled through tampons which rarely happens to me, and I’m wondering if this is my body clearing itself out to prepare for not having a period, which I was also told could happen. I’m just a little unsure if this is a normal side effect or if this is abnormal, but I know Nexplanon affects everyone differently. Any advice will help! 

I had the Nexplanon implant put in around the beginning of August, and still have spotting nearly every day :( The obgyn who put it in said the bleeding will usually stop around the 3 month mark so your body can get adjusted to it, anyone have personal experience with it? 

I’m not sure how a guy can think someone is hot physically yet not find them “attractive”. My boyfriend will point girls out that he thinks are hot but then when I tell him that it bothers me he says they “aren’t attractive though”. Is there some difference between being hot and being attracted to someone that I don’t understand?

Recently I got the Nexplanon birth control implant and my skin looks horrible. I have small bumps all over my forehead that make my skin look so textured and it’s starting to make me very self-conscious about my skin. I’ve never been one to struggle with acne so I wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience. 

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for quite a while now and he’s a great guy, but just has some really shitty friends. They’re immature, rude, make fun of strangers, borderline racist, etc. and I can barely take it anymore. One even messaged me a few weeks ago calling me “insecure” and saying I need to “grow up” after complaining to my boyfriend about their behavior. They just absolutely disgust me and I really don’t know what to do. 

I’ve had acne on my chest for a few months now, and have tried nearly everything to get rid of it- body scrubs, cleansers, toner, exfoliating etc. and nothing has worked :( The acne isn’t severe by any means, just small pimples around the center of my chest that are often noticeable with swimsuits and low-cut tops. I run daily and I’m assuming it could be caused by sweat, but I’m not positive. I’d appreciate any suggestions or product recommendations! 

I own two pairs of black leggings from lululemon and they’re great, although since I’ve had them for a while a small hole is now in the back of one of the pairs. I’m thinking about purchasing more although they’re extremely pricy and don’t want my other pairs to get holes or wear out. Are there any other leggings similar to the align leggings that you know of? Or should I continue with lululemon?

I’m naturally very thin with an A cup chest, yet with social media these days it has been very difficult to feel confident with such a slim figure. I feel like a large chest and butt seem to be glorified and it’s recently made me feel very insecure. Any tips to overcome this issue? 

In a week I have an appointment to get my arm implant for birth control but I am so nervous! I have a hard time with needles and things like that so I’m hoping the process is easier than I expect. Any one have experience with it and could share the pain level/process/side effects that they’ve experienced? 

I recently bought a dark brown box dye and am planning on putting it in tomorrow (I’ve done it once before but it has washed out) but was confused on whether or not the shampoo will wash the color out once I rinse out the dye? The first time I used shampoo but I feel like lots of the color was lost.
