I am considering a franchise in 'subway'. What is the average gross per store? I am roughly assuming a 20% profitability, and around an 80 hour week. Any other info is greatly appreciated.Also, must one be an optician to own a 'Pearle' franchise? Can the eye testing be handled with an optician visiting by appointment?

I sealed the roof on my mobile home last summer. At the time, I recall that I noticed a few gaps in the metal covering. Is there any super strong sealing product which can penetrate those gaps? I saw a product on an infomercial recently which was stuff in a spray can that stopped leaks and filled in gaps, but don't recall the name. thanks.

On 2or 3 recent occasions, my wife has experienced extreme pain and cramping of her left foot. Her toes were turned upward and there was tearful pain. After some massage, the cramping subsided. Is this any indication of an early sign of any illness or disease? thanks

I just purchased a 99 ranger in seemingly excellent condition. It has large tires. On the dash, it says 2wd 4wd low and 4wd high. the seller told me that it was a 2wd truck. He also said it would get 16mpg and he was sure correct! Is there anything I can do to improve the mileage? How can I be sure it is not mistakenly in 4wd, even though the dial is set for 2wd on the dash? It has 150k miles but looks and runs like new. thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I just purchased a 'juicer'. I was told that there are ,any uses for the left over fiber that the juicer discards, but have little idea of what those uses might be.We all have heard of the benefits of fiber. I know you can use it in 'composting', but is there any way I can use it nutritionally in food preparation.

Got tired of paying outrageous prices for store bought running gel, so I made my own. (honey, black strap molasses and sone salt)..How do I carry the gel with me for my usage during the run?. Have not seen any sort of container which can store the gel while I run..thanks

I live in nw indiana 30 miles east of chicago n a very nice college town. I already own my home with no mortgage, and am considering doing another purchase..Will prices continue to slide or will they srtabilize? Should I buy with the intention of doing a 'flip' or buy just to rent out?

Considering the cost of purchasing running gels, I am attempting to make my own. However, one problem persists. Where is the best container to place the gels in? I just do not see where using small plastic bags would be effective. thanks

I just returned from a year of working in europe halfway around the world from my wife and friends. I recently learned that while I was away making a fantastic income, she has been keeping the company of a man age 52. I am age 62 and she is age 69. She admits that he has been driving her new car, admits that she has been taking him out drinking and dining, and admits that he has been sleeping in our home during my absence. My wife of 20 years age 69 has found another 'soul mate' while I work overseas to improve our financial status. She is taking this younger (52) man out to bars and restaurants, taken him to our home on many occasions, and even attended 4th of july festivities with HIS family. She says there is no sex involved, but lately I have caught her telling me lies while telling HIM her true feelings and thoughts. I have been cutting down on my eating habits to eat only when my stomach is growling. That way I know my stomach is really hungry. I would like to know what is happening inside my stomach when it is growling. I doubt that it is shrinking, and hope that it is not hurting my body thanks
