My boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 months today and I couldn't be happier with him. But I always feel like I'm overthinking things and wondering if he's going to break up with me, is this a normal thing? He has given me no indication whatsoever that he would but I find myself worrying about it constantly and it's doing more harm than good for myself. I think I believe it's too good to be true and that its all going to come crashing down on me. Why am I doing this to myself and how can I stop?

I just need some peace of mind on the situation because I think I'm just stressing myself out with worry. I am not on birth control however have used condoms every time we have had sex and he even pulls out right before he finishes and the condoms have not broken but is it normal to get so paranoid? And it's been a day since our last time having sex and my lower abdomen feels tight, I suspect that's normal? I think I'm just really psyching myself out that I'm pregnant and I just need to know if this is a normal kind of thing that women go through? My period isn't due to start for another week and usually the week before my period I'm very emotional, my boobs hurt, and I start to get cramps, so that's all well and good because I'm experiencing those things now, but I keep finding myself thinking that maybe this just means I'm pregnant. I know that there is almost no way I am, because of what I said earlier, I just need some peace of mind on the matter cause I'm really stressing myself out. And I k n o w "oh just take a pregnancy test", I don't want to do that and say whatever you want on that but I am not taking one unless I miss my period

I play indoor soccer right now and usually I can play the whole game without being winded but just the other day I had a game and I couldn't play more than three minutes without feeling like I couldn't breathe. There was a drastic change in weather and maybe that was what was causing it but I'm not sure. Same thing happened At conditioning yesterday. I don't have asthma so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what could be wrong.

This summer I am beginning training for my freshman tryouts for soccer and I want to be the healthiest I can be. I already workout, but I know that what I am eating plays a major role in my health. I really want to become healthy because my family has a history of diabetes and heart problems, but the thing is is that the food my mother buys is quite bad and she won't get anything healthy unless i am there to pick it out. My mother is already on a very strict diet, she can only eat the food that her diet people give her, so when she goes grocery shopping she buys for the rest of the family and not herself. usually i do go to the grocery store with her and i pick out stuff that i want, but i need help with what i should have her get me, i need a list of healthy foods that i can get and different meal ideas. Another thing is is that we always go out to eat, what am I supposed to do just not eat at the resteraunt and once i get home make myself something?

I have played soccer for 5 years now but not on a select team, it has always been recreational. I am currently in 8th grade and I want so badly to make my high school jv or varsity team, but I know I have to be the best of the best in order to do so. Since I have never had to try out for anything I need to know what coaches will be looking for! I have a whole year to train and to get me to the best I need to be so please help me!

and how do i know that it is legitimate. it has to have the house sign (snake) thing or whatever on it and it has to actually look like the one from the movies
