I vaguely remember watching a comedy TV show episode or a movie in which one of the characters is asked a series of questions and answers them all: "Yes and no." After each answer, he (maybe "she?") would continue with a long, sometimes unrelated pair of statements.

"Hey, do you want to do X?"

"Yes and no. Do I think X would be fun? Yes. Do I think Y? No."

I don't remember if these questions were in quick succession or spread out through the movie/episode.

I'm pretty sure it's from after 2010...

My first thought was Bob's Burgers, but I don't think that's it. I don't think it was Psych, either.

Does anyone know what show/movie this is and who the character was?

Why do scholarships even look at race? What is the point of affirmative action? Scholarships/collages should base their choices solely on ability of the applicant. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I have heaps of cash laying around to pay for college.
