I'm making a Powerpoint presentation, and I wanted to add sound, but for some reason, the sound isn't playing! The sound on my computer is turned up all the way, and i set the sound on the slide show to high, but nothing is coming out. It's supposed to play automatically when the slide starts. But even when I clicked on it the sound didn't play! It's not a song or anything that I'm getting from my computer, this is one of the preset sounds in Powerpoint, but it's not playing. Anyone have any idea why this is happenin?

In my musical theater class, we have to have a song and create a scene [with no speaking] that goes along with the song's words. [or just the music, if it's instrumental] i don't really know that many songs, so does anyone have good songs that you could see being acted out?

Okay, well at my school everyone was wearing John Lennon/Beatles shirts because John Lennon died that day or something like that. I've never listened to the Beatles before and I know nothing about them, but I researched his death and it said he was murdered by some guy named Mark David Chapman. All the websites said that he was charged with second degree murder, but I didn't know what that was exactly, so I did some more researching and found out what it is. My question is, why was he not charged for first degree murder, because that's when you think about it before hand and intend on killing someone, right? Didn't that Chapman guy like, buy a gun specifically to kill him and then wait around outside the apartment for John Lennon? How is that not first degree murder?

Or maybe I am not understanding something. Please answer this, I'm very confused.

i want to get into modeling or acting because i'm pretty good at both and i was looking at Barbizon. I know a lot of people think it's a scam, but i've seen videos of people saying that it helped them a lot and David Archuleta confirmed that he actually was a Barbizon graduate. Anyway, i wanted to know if it's a full time school (like, every day for four years) or just an on-the-side thing from your regular school? It doesn't say exactly how long it is to graduate on the website so I was wondering if anyone knows when you have classes and for how long?

His name is Mr. H. He winks at people and does that wiggly eyebrow thing. And he called this boy Jeremy a "naughty boy" He is always asking the boys if he they want him to be his "buddy" and following me and my friends around. It's disgusting and he scares everybody. What should we do about him?

so i was on facebook, and my friend Terrance asked a great question: Does a blind person know when it's tomorrow? i mean, say they didn't have an alarm clock? i know we're supposed to have alarm clocks in our bodies, but how can they tell that they aren't waking up at 3 in the morning?

There are two really great high school I would like to attend, but I'm not sure which to go to. One is called McNair, and it is rated number 1 in New Jersey and one of the top high schools in the nation. (Academically) There is also another high school called High Tech, which is also a top school academically, but not as great as McNair. But, High Tech also has way more extracurricular activites than McNair does, such as a great drama club, and I really love to act. I just got the application for McNair today and I'm going to apply for both schoools, but if I get accepted to both I don't know which school I'll choose. High Tech sounds really fun from my friends who attend, but a lot of people would do anything to get accepted into McNair, and if I do (which I'm pretty confident I will) shouldn't I go? My guidance counselor said in the history of my school no one who got into McNair turned it down for High Tech. Also, a lot of McNair graduates end up going to colleges like Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, Yale, etc,. High Tech graduates usually go to great schools, such as Rutgers and Fairleigh Dickinson, but not like McNair graduates go to.
