Out of curiosity I was wondering if anybody knew of the name of the medication I'm describing. It's a thick black medication with a strong odor. It is given IV for what I believe to be is anemia. The medication is a severe venous irritant even when diluted. My guess is it is an iron injection. I saw it used in the Cardiovascular ICU a while back and couldn't place the name of it.

I've been dating this girl for a short time now and I really like her, she's beautiful, intelligent, kind, basically everything I'm looking for in a girlfriend. However; we are both busy, I'm a full time student and work as a Paramedic between school and she is in school full time, but I still try to make time for her and take her out on dates when I'm free. The kicker is that I don't think she feels the same way, I'm in over my head. I have already accepted I'm going to lose her soon, for various reasons like boredom, lack of interest, or any other reason; just from past relationship experience. My trouble is how can I kinda cushion the fall and land on my feet.

Would you guys consider a bench press of 260 lbs. good. Keep in mind I was doing it on a Smith Machine and I weigh 155 lbs. If not what would you guys recommend I add to my workout.

My brother had a quick surge of pain to his head this morning that went away in under a minute but the pain was so intense it caused him to break down and cry at the top of his lungs. He complained of pain in his ear afterwards but said he also felt pain on the temporal area surrounding the ear like a headache. I gave him a quick neurological exam testing all of his cranial nerves and put eardrops in the affected ear and he has been fine today but I am skeptical because I know how sudden intracranial hemorrhage and embolism clots can be. Do I need to be worried?

Having a little trouble here. Trying to do a muscle up on a pull up bar. I have good pulling strength and am able to get my chest to the bar and my pushing strength is good and can do a straight bar dip. Where I got stuck is at the transition in the middle. Can someone who can do one tell me how to do this better?

I am Christian and used to think that Islam was a religion of pure hatred and while there are parts of the Koran I don't agree with, everyone is entitled to their own belief. My question however, is in the Koran it says that "if you have killed one man then you've killed all men in the eyes of Allah" and when it says "to fight the infidel" wouldn't it mean to fight the infidel within yourself. With that being said whether I see ISIS beheading American journalists or Al Qaeda blowing **** up they all do this in the name of Allah. So I ask if someone is declaring the name of Allah for crimes they commit which I generalize are wrong in the eyes of Allah then why. Atheists stay off this question.

My dog has some kind of huge bump on the side of her head. She's a 2 year old chocolate lab and is about the diameter of a half dollar coin. It is oozing some fluid that makes her fur stick together in clumps. Part of the area is a nasty pale green and stinks and the other area is red. She scratches it a lot but when I go to touch it she tries to get away from me so I think it is painful too. I had to hold her down and put some hydrogen peroxide on it (which foamed greatly) as well as some neosporin. I have an appointment to take her to the veterinarian on Tuesday but could someone give me an idea of what this is so I know how to treat this prior to the visit. I already asked the same question before but nobody answered so if you know anything about it please let me know.

To all you preppers out there I have a question about my emergency bag or as some call it a bug-out bag or a 72 hour bag. I really need to know the basic essentials I need. I really need to travel light if I ever have to get out of dodge, and as the old saying goes "ounces lead to pounds and pounds lead to pain" and that is my outlook. I'm trying to pick up where I left off from Spanish Class in high school and become fluent eventually. I need help with conjunctions. I already know what a conjunction is but I need to know mostly grammar rules. Thanks for the help.

I am 18 and I don't do Bench Press because of the load on my shoulders so the last time I did Bench Press was 8 months ago and maxed at 240 but it probably went down from then. Anyway, I am 5'10" and weigh 155 lbs. and I maxed out on Bicep Curl at 135 strict form and Shoulder Press at 165 without kipping like in Push Press. Is this good?

How much weight am I pushing around when I perform a one handed push up? I know that a regular push up is around 65 percent of your body weight because of the four points of contact, but would it be a larger load because of only three points of contact? I am around 155-160 lbs. and can knock out around 8 with the right arm and 6 with the left one.

I'm going to become an EMT once I finish the training courses and I was wondering, what muscle groups do you recommend I strengthen. I know it is a very physical job and that you see people of all shapes and sizes and I don't want to roll up on some huge dude unprepared. Thanks for the help.

I'm a pretty laid back dude, and I'm funny guy, I was a big class clown in high school even though I never really fitted in with a certain crowd but I could make anyone laugh like the time I shot off one of those loud snakes in a can of mixed nuts in class and my teacher jumped a foot in the air and she turned around to find me wearing those glasses with the fake nose and mustache. Anyway I'm really slow to anger and generally caring and friendly to all but I only have enough friends that I can count on one hand. I'm not a player I usually just keep to myself and I got decent grades in school but I wasn't terribly worried about it. I'm a really good listener and I've been told I'm good looking. I have a really ripped body, not bodybuilder big but athletic looking (V Shape, Fair Sized Arms, Six Pack). However, in theory I'd think I would catch a few looks but nothing really. Anyway I'm confused and if someone could help me out here it'd be really cool. Thanks again guys.
