How young is too young for plastic surgery?
I have terribly hollow, deepest, and hooded eyes. I look so tired even with makeup. No concealer can cover up how bad my dark circles are. They are genetic and very very obvious. I am 16 . Please let me know the absolute youngest age you can get a fat transfer to under eye and a rhinoplasty.
