My boyfriend tells his bestfriend everything about me. (She knows my goals, my plans for this year, my achievements, my wins my losses etc). My privacy feels invaded. What should I do? Please help me, I am stuck

She knows everything about me and my boyfriend, is this normal? It feels invasive. I do not like this feeling

I find it hard to let things go and when I tell people about it they always say it is so minor and not worth a second thought. I am always in my head, it is very exhausting.

Its not romantic or anything. But I'm curious why? Is it keeping tabs or what not? We don't catch up. Just quick "what you up to" "nothing much" convo dies out and it repeats.

I don't understand wasn't there love and effort lost on both ends so it wouldn't really matter who broke it off? This is what he said "I have had my heart broken 5 times last year, or is it the other way round since I left them? heheh"

I'm very insecure and dont know how to fix it, we look exactly the same except she's taller, a bit overweight and has our mothers skin color (very fair) and I have our fathers skin color (olive), smaller and shorter. I love my sister so much we always support and encourage each other, I dont know why that made me feel ugly it just did. I've always been insecure about my skin color not so much looks I always get told im beautiful etc but dont feel it. How does one work on insecurity issues? and feel beautiful?
