Okay, if you really must know, I would consider myself a smart-ass, wiseguy, opinionated, fair, honest, a little "out there" sometimes, insulting, insulted, offensive, offended, fun loving, but, never serious, NEVER! no, really. I've been an electrician for 32 years now, Member of the IBEW, Certified in Calif. Contractor, general goof off, etc. And, the US government, REALLY, pisses me off, ..................................................really! Here's why, My little girl, (well 23, but she,s still my little girl), GDI, is in a foreign country, with grown men, shooting at her, and trying to blow her up, n' stuff. Our governments obsession with war, is really starting to weigh heavy on me. Bush is a war criminal, wheres the justice? The US terrorist campaign waged upon Americans must stop. Our government doesn't have the power to dictate how I live my life, as long as I cause no harm. period. So, f*ck the feds.
Obamacare violates Article 1 Section 10, how can it be "law"?

8 AnswersLaw & Ethics7 years agoAmendment 18 of the constitution prohibited liquor, which one prohibits cannabis?
And, congress didn't declare the war on drugs, which is a separate police action from regular crime. With a separate set of laws, regulations, penalties, and policies. Nowhere in the constitution does it give the government power to outlaw a plant. And, seeing there's no amendment giving them that power, how can they enforce unconstitutional laws as effectual?

Since the tax is more than the cost of the product, and it's against one certain group, and was enacted without a trial?

11 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoWhat do you think about Obama giving amnesty to 12 million illegals, in 2010?
Yeah, it's amnesty, they don't have to pay back tax's, they get social security and welfare without paying in. only costs them $500, as opposed to the thousands of dollars people that have been waiting for years have to pay. And Obama said, "no health care for illegal aliens", that's right, they wont be illegal any more. And they get a break on college tuition, that citizens don't get. Plus 30,000 gang members will be eligible, not to mention the ones in jail on immigration charges, that will be let go. Do you think this is a good idea?

4 AnswersThanksgiving1 decade agoHow can a country declare war on a concept?
Or an inanimate object? Like a "war on drugs", a war on "terrorism"?
Aren't wars supposed to be between well defined armies?
Isn't killing large groups of people, hoping to get some "enemies" in the carnage, a terrorist tactic?

7 AnswersCelebrities1 decade agoWhy do we have so much "government" that we don't need, or want?
Budget cuts need to start with salary cuts for the ones making over $100k/yr. No government employee is worth even that, for what they do.
We need a Bill that cut's and caps government salary's, not a government that lays off teachers to "save money", huh?
8 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoShould we change our "currency" to wampum?
I mean when the dollar peters out, oh wait, to late. And with this infusion of "bailout" money, do you think bread will hit $20,000 a loaf after inflation kicks in?
