Kitten won't eat throwing up! HELP!!?
My roommate got a 7 wk old kitten and it's not eating kitten milk formula and when she tried giving it wet food it eats the. Starts sneezing and yakking and it drools and it comes out of its nose! It's doing it now and it won't stop! Is it a allergic reaction?! What should it eat?!

So I haven't had my period in 8 months, I didn't really think too much about it cause it was nice not having it and I'm a virgin so I'm obviously not pregnant. But now thinking about it I'm worried cause I want to eventually have kids and I don't want this to cause me to be infertile. Btw I'm 19 so I've had my period quite sometime before. I've been working out a lot this past year trying too get a little more toned and I'm an athlete and I know that can make u stop you period for a while and I have hypothyroid so I've always been irregular on my period dates

So I want to lose some fat on my body so I've been running sprints 30 minutes 3 times a week and then do resistance training with gym classes about an hour a day for 5 days a week. I also diet eating between 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I'm also thinking about lowering my carbs to under 50 grams because I haven't seen much change in the last week of starting. Should I up my cardio and lower my gym days or is it good.

Hi i'm a first time freshman attending San Francisco state university. I've come to the conclusion that I don't like it very much and would rather not waste my money. So my plan is to finish out this first semester then transfer to my local community college back home and then after doing my very best and getting good grades and retaking my SAT transferring to UC Irvine. I just wanted to make sure this end goal is possible with all the transferring i will be doing. I also know that SFSU and my community college are semester while UCs are quarter. will that affect anything? Lastly i was wondering what the requirements to transfer to Irvine are such as what GED classes I should be taking now and next year to be eligible. Because i have no clue what the required GED classes are for UCs due to the fact im currently at a CSU.

Movies like Halloween, nightmare on elms street and Friday the 13th don't scare me. It's more of the kinds of movies that could or are based of real events like demons and a ghosts. Old movies don't scare me I've seen the exorcist the shining poltergeist and more and I actually found funny cause the way it's suppose to scare you but is not scary. I've seen the insidious movies not very scary, the skeleton key conjuring paranormal activity and didn't find them that scary either. The grudge I found stupid. I haven't seem the ring but I heard it's pretty creepy might try out that one. No gore. I like gory but I'm looking for a horror to watch with friends. So something ghost related recent and very scary?

This happened when i was younger. we were at my friends house for a party all our close friends families would have house parties and the kids as in me and my friends were all playing tag. my best friend and i ran to the side of his front yard (this was at 11 oclock at night) and we came face to face with a mid aged mexican or native american woman holding a baby in her poncho or what she was wearing which looked very cultural and old fashioned. we were in shock and were confused at what we were seeing and turned and ran back to his house. we went back latter and saw no trace of this woman. i dont know who or what this was but its something i will never forget. the clothes she was wearing were not from this time or atleast not this area (2006 living in central califrnia coast.)

I run 2.5 to 3 miles every day 5 days a week and I started to realize a dull then horrible pain in my right calf. It starts on the outside ankle and goes around the back onto the inside of my calf to my knee cap. Idk if this is a shin splint but i don't feel it much when running only when I start walking or stop all together. What is it? And I use my 4 year old nike free runs. Should I get a new pair and which kind will help my leg? Thanks

So I eat veggies fruit and protein like eggs chicken and fish. I eat a lot of fruit tho like a piece per meal. Example either half a cup of blue berries or half a cup of raspberries or halva cup of strawberries in the morning I switch so I don't get bored of one then lunch I have an apple and later I have a a snack before dinner I eat either a banana or orange. Then if I'm really hungry after dinner I'll eat some berries. Is this to much I try to keep carbs under 100grams

Meat with every meal such as turkey chicken and fish and egg whites for breakfast. A serving of Veggies with every meal and a piece of fruit with every meal. Staying under 1200 calories and under 100grams of carbs. And running 2.5 or 3 miles 5 times a week plus 25 minutes of ab work and 10 mins of weights and stretching. Will this help me lose fat on my body? Should I try something else? I'm 145 female 18yrs old and 5'6 around 25% body fat

I was eating on a diet around 1200 calories 120 in protein 50 in carbs and 30 in fats but I'm thinking about lowering my fats and increasing carbs. I don't want to gain muscle or get bulky just lose my fat which is about 25%. How many grams of each do u think I should eat to lose the fat? Breakfast: 1 scoop of whey protien powder in water
One egg white
1/2 cup of either raseberries or blueberrys
Then gym: run 3 or 2.50 miles
25 minutes of ab work
10 stretching
10 mins tricep 8 pounds
Lunch: 2 cups romaine lettuce
Half a tomato
2 tbsp fat free balsamic
Grilled Chicken 4oz
Dinner: spinach or other green veggie and 6 oz of either seafood or chicken sometimes lean beef.
Snacks: free roaming Turkey jerky
Free roaming salmon jerky
Freeze dried blueberries
Berries
Almonds roasted salted or salt and vinegar
Brazil nuts
I'm trying to burn / lose fat and have toned lean muscle not bulky.

First off sorry about the caption of the pic it was from snapchat. So I was bike riding on an old Military base(fort ord) and went off the main trail and found this. It's looks like Hispanic voodoo otherwise known as Santeria. It's a broken cross one or two broken Virgin Mary's and two tablets one with a skeleton wearing a sombrero (the blue broken square) and the other is a skeleton riding a motorcycle. (Yellow cracked square.) is this Santeria? Is it dangerous. I didn't touch it just looked and took a couple pics.

I am 142 18 year old female I would say body fat percent around 25. I want to lose my lower tummy/ fat and get cut defined abs. I know abs is 80% diet and eating lots of protein will help but will that make me bulky all over? I just want to lose fat all over and get cut abs and thin arm and leg muscles.

So I'm trying to eat clean and I was wondering if it's ok to eat whole wheat and whole grains? I like to eat organic whole wheat crisps cereal sometimes for breakfast and snack on organic honey graham crackers or wheat thins as well during the day. Is this ok or should I cut it out? Also I eat oats sometimes for breakfast or to snack on too. Is that ok? Should I be focusing more on just calorie counting?

So let's say I ate 1200 cals would I have to burn off that many at the gym!? That's a lot of exercise! I usually run 3 miles and do sit ups a little weight training and sometimes yoga and usually I burn 400 to 500.

Diet & Fitness7 years agoWhy did I get so sick on my juice fast?
So I had been juice fasting and it was late afternoon In my second day. I drank a green juice I made right before work. About an hour later at work I was fatigue dizzy hot And had the worst stomach ache. I finally threw up in the bathroom and felt better but still felt faint and tired. I went and got a sandwich and apple Nd felt way better. I could not drink that stuff again with out barfing. It was the worst sick wise I have ever felt
