I have no work experience in this field. I'm in college right now, and I've done a couple of side jobs on my own car and a few others. I'm willing to put in the effort needed to run my own shop some day. I want to know how a shop should be ran and what steps are usually taken as far as the steps after schooling. Should I get a certain amount of experience working in a shop first?

There is no air pump, Is it the combustion chambers opening that sucks it in?

I'm starting school for Auto master technician next week. I originally wanted to go into a more less promising diesel field but I couldn't afford the cdl school and tools plus college all together. Maybe I after I graduate during my apprenticeship I can take a certificate course in Diesel heavy equipment, or can I get in with simply automotive experience?

So recently I got into a conversation about the viewpoint of Women's place in the world and many men stated women shouldn't be in leadership/managment positions. Which is interesting because it made me think of personality types like ENTJ ESTJ and ISTJ that are known for being natural leaders. It mentions nothing about only among men. Are women supposed to be in leadership positions or not? Is this science or societal viewpoint? I have seen many women naturally take the lead during projects and feel comfortable giving orders in teams at work, I have seen many men that are passive and will do whatever you tell them.

At my job as a woman I'm automatically told what to do by men who aren't above me, when you make suggestions or take the lead their pride gets hurt. Everything you say that isn't About typical girl things like make up and fashion must be stupid. According to the bible a women is under submission of her husband and men who take the lead spiritually but not all Men nor in all situations. When I see movies which is a good depiction of how most rich are living you see men in clubs or casino's having business conversation and making deals and women are there to add sexual flare. So when a women who is about business comes along she's not taking serious they dismiss her and tell her to get back to her sex appeal like some animal. That's how I feel in everyday life but with more vagueness. At work a few of the Latinos call me "Mama, or Mamita I don't mind because it's cultural for them but it makes me feel as though they are saying it to flirt with no intention as if that all woman are to be flirted with. I asked them if I called them papi or papacito, they said that would sound like I'm flirting in other words Hoeish. I feel mainly strippers and women like them are one of the main reason why in society women will never be fully respected or treated with full dignity and always looked at as dumb.

Do any of you guys notice anything?

I live in Nevada, and I just got my driving record report wich states had a suspended driving license in 2015. At the time I didn't have insurance and was issued a citation that was reduced. My convictions are clean but I still have not paid the ticket. How will this affect my chances of getting a job driving vehicles?

How often does lube tire technicians get raises?

I want to work my way up to some day being a master technician getting my certs and eventually entering the diesel field. I have absolutely nothing to prove but a desire, although I have done a flush on my car and some stuff in the dashboard I've never jacked it up. Can't go to school right now, and wanted to start off as a lube technician.

So far I have considered Wal-Mart and firestone

Wal-Mart has a bad reputation for lube tech service and I want to be taken seriously in trying to advance in my career.

What are the raises for this company and how often?

The most I would be able to go to school is for an associated degree. What tech jobs that require little schooling unlike software developer.? I am hands on amd analytical problem solver , I would prefer not working with creating but more with application

Without physical activity, or thinking, how much is just your time worth? Let's say someone is to pay you to take up 10 hours out of your day how much would you charge? Stop and think about your answer..........

I'm asking this because I want to know if $150 Over time tomorrow is worth it after taxes.

So I have an item on my credit report that is one year old that is not considered an account. However if I start paying it off will it be considered an account then? If that's the case I will boost my credit by having an account open and thus be considered my oldest account. Once I am done paying off the account I expect it to bring down my score insignificantly.

If the answer is no it won't turn into an account that is one year old, I will pay it off in full and negotiate having it removed. Credit seems to value accounts more than paying off debts.

Currently I'm staying with my mom, and I pay half the rent which isn't expensive at all. I also have a car note and full coverage insurance. With other minor bills. My current job isn't flexible with the classes I need to take and if I was to find a job that's flexible they wouldn't pay me enough to pay for my expenses. How would you go about this?

So someone I know has access to everything I do with my phone, videos, typing, pages etc.... How did they do this I haven't been around them in person in about 4 years and I haven't downloaded anything suspicious ever. I have a lot of information with my bank and credit and they can see it so how do I put an end to it?

Community college CAN. Do you need financial aid to become an electrician.

To fully explain my question, two years ago I chose a major I wasn't sure of & I failed two classes and passed one. I am changing majors since beingout of school and would like to know can that class I took be applied to my credit for general education requirements?

The class is Managment for business. MGT 100B and fits in the category of Human relations

So I'm trying to do research and I'm noticing alot of discrepancies. A lot of articles say that EMT's Make about $32K starting at $15/hr. $15/he is not $32K, It's $24,480 at the least. Full time.

They say they get 36 hours now that changes everything. That now puts them at $22K... Am I missing something or are they getting paid to lie?

Why do they want man jobs? Mechanics and electricians, construction, management, those are jobs too hard for women too logical. Women's brain aren't capable of understanding it. They can't be electricians its too physical. Why are some of them losing their natural nature of being feminine? I really want to know why

I will be going to a community college. After schooling do Diesel Techs have to purchase their own tools about $10k ? Are you also required to get a CDL about $2k? I'll be paying for my first semester in school about $2k and after I will get financial aid so I'm trying to calculate my expenses...
