So Barnes and Noble keeps sending me flyer's, newsletters, and reminders. I really don't want to receive the emails from them. The only reason I registered on Barnes and Noble is to order a book. If you come home and have 3-4 snacks but don't eat big dinners (or maybe not eat any dinner) Is that bad?? Can you gain a lot of weight by doing that?
