I say Alabama and Penn St have the best. There is no flash. Just simple not trying to camouflage a bad football team. The worst has to be Oregon and the Miami Hurricanes. Oregon looks like something out of circus Ola in any of their numerous variation of god awful green and yellow. Miami's puke green and prison jump suit orange is at the top as the worst.
