I started taking Elite (TM) Whey Protein Isolate to gain muscle mass. After the first day I've noticed I am always feeling irritable or on-edge. Is this a common side effect of high protein supplements?

I have long held the belief that the writer has a responsibility to effectively communicate what he/she intends; and that spelling, grammar, and sentence structure are part of that responsibility. In the last decade, however, it seems people simply do not care about the quality of their writing. It seems that today’s writers, of either formal or informal communication, are not concerned with how their writing is perceived. Should we simply give up and accept that it's the reader's responsibility to figure out what the writer is trying to say? Or should we hold people (especially our children, their teachers, and public figures) accountable by correcting them?

I can find the heat of absorption for molecular sieves, but I also need it for Silica Gel, Calcium Oxide, Montmorillonite Clay, etc.

It seems to me that TEC's (thermal electric chips), which convert heat to electricity as the heat moves from one side of the chip to the other, could effectively be used in place of solar panels. The question is whether there would be a reason for doing so.

It is common knowledge that modern-day solar panels, while much more efficient than in the past, are still a poor energy value because they are not very efficient and still are costly.

I am interested in experimenting with a TEC panel, cooled on the back side with recirculating water (rain water and grey water).

Leading up to the 2008 Olympics we read and hear so many news stories about people who are angry with China and wish to boycott or disrupt the Olympics in China because of human rights issues, internet censorship issues, or political issues.

But I ask this:

Where was all this indignation when we were spending all our money on cheap goods made in China?

Where was all this indignation when we were sending all of our manufacturing jobs to China?

Where was all this indignation when those who wish to protest China last went shopping at Wal-Mart?

I don't understand why, since aid workers can't enter Myanmar, governments and aid groups don't just air-drop food, water, portable shelters, etc.?

It seems that the plight of the victims of the cyclone is only being talked about in terms of how bad the government is. We all know how oppressive the government is. I just want to know what we can do to get help to the victims.
