I was born in California. I need a copy of my birth certificate. I am married and my last name is different then on my birth certificate. No where on the application form does it ask about name changes. I need my birth certificate ASAP and want to make sure this wont slow things down or that my application for a certified copy will be denied. Anyone know about this? I have already looked all over the vital stats web site.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 epic touch with sprint. I DO NOT want ICS!!! I keep getting the update notification and keep ignoring it. BUT today my daughter got my phone and pushed ok and it started to update. HOW CAN I MAKE IT STOP! I took the battery out multiple time and ever time I turn it back on it starts to do the update. PLEASE HELP! ALL THIS UPDATE WILL DO IT MAKE MY PHONE A PAPER WEIGHT!!!

I have already had blood tests and a colonoscopy biopsy and everything has been negative. I went gluten free from 10/07-11/22 and have been eating gluten pretty regularly since 11/22. I want to get an endoscopy before the end of this year to get one more final test to rule out celiac disease. How long should I be eating gluten again for the results to be correct?

I am trying to find somewhere online to buy high end body jewelry. I am in the market for glass or stone 00g plugs with REAL emeralds or opals. Or white gold curved barbells, horseshoes, or captive beads. But my main thing I want is the plugs with emeralds.

Do you do that often? Even if there is no reason to? And the spelling or grammar errors didn't change the meaning of what was being said or asked?

Have you ever considered that the person you are making fun of might have a disability like dislexia? And that they are not stupid or uneducated? That perhaps that is just how their brain works?

My son has ADHD and is 7 years old. He is not on rx meds, we have been treating him naturally. I have heard that valerian root has been used to treat differant mental health issues such as ADHD, sleep problems, depression, and anxiety. Has anyone used it or have a family member of friend that has used it? Did they see any results?

I am not going to make excuses for anything, and do not need a lecture. Please keep that in mind before you answer.

Husband lost his job, I don't make enough money by my self and now we cant pay our bills. Credit is shot, looking at bankruptcy, debt is way to high.

None the less. We have a car financed through Well Fargo. We owe 17,000 and it is worth less the 10,000. Last payment I made was in November 2008, we were able to defer two months, but now are 60+ days past due by there count.

I have called them and explained I have looked at all the option and I am not going to be able to keep the car. I explained I wanted to do a voluntary repossession and give it back. They will not let me do it. They say they have to wait till I am 90 days past due before they will even start the repo process. I told them I just want to do it now there is no reason to wait any longer, again I have already tried everything they told me to try and looked at all options. But they will not let me give it back willingly!

They are trying to say by law they don't have to, and there policy is 90 days, and just keep trying, put it on craigslist. And they like to make treats of what will happen to me, even through I already told them I know the process and I know what will happen so why cant we just get this over with already?!

I don't want it sitting in my driveway anymore. I don't want to be reasonable for the vehicle anymore. I couldn't afford the insurance anymore. I am not even driving it because I fell like I am driving a stolen car!

How can I make them just take it back already? Is there any laws to help?

We live in a big old house in Oregon from the 1900's that has been broken down into 7 apartments. I live on main floor with people above, below, and behind me.

In October the owner moved in a lady. She was dealing drugs, hooking, and stuffs gone missing! She got arrested, FOR DRUGS, at the end of November and sense then we have been trying to get her out. She has not paid her rent. She smokes inside, and the house has shared ventilation, and there are 3 children and 3 adults with asthma in the home. Makes lots of noise and just is a real SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY!!!

So every time we think the lawyers going to get the sheriff and come and kick her out, some how she gets some judge to give her another hearing and extend her time. She has had like 5 hearings and only showed up for one! How shes getting away with this is beyond me! I wish I could not pay my rent and live Scott free!

So none the less I want to put a protest sign in my front window of my apartment which is a big picture window on the front of the house that faces the street. I don't want to give her anything that she can use to stay longer like slander or harassment or anything like that.

I was thinking something like "The law only help druggie and not good citizens... A woman in the house has been endangering minors.. But the courts keep letting her stay..." something like that.. I just what to do something! But not break the law. HELP!!!!

I am already moving, I only have two more week in my apartment. But that doesnt mean criminals should get away with things like this! It's people that always turn there shoulder and dont do anything about it that feed these types of people! I am trying to DO something instead of just siting here and taking this!

So if your not answering my accual question about the protest sign, please move along and save it for someone else!

I dont own the place, its not money out of my pocket. This person broke the law, edagered MY son, has been making me sick, and is a general pain in the ****! AND NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I have all the excuses and more then she probley does to be pretty messed up and high as a kite, but I am not! And what about the fact that she has not paid her rent? or shes smoking in the house making children sick? And having sex for money? and the activity at all hours of the night. So just because "society" made her who she is my family should just have to deal with it? NO!

Im 23, 5ft 3, 102lb. I dont really put on any weight. Only reason I got over 100 is because I had my son.

I can not go very long between meals or snacks. Offen I get aweful hunger pains, or I think thats what it is. If I eat before it gets too bad I will be ok if not sometimes it gets so bad that even if I do eat I end up vomiting from the pain. I usually have to sleep it off then eat as soon as I wake up.

I get REALLY angry when I am hungry. Super like PMS pregnant gonna kill you angry sometimes.

Shaky, neausea, pain goes into my back, weakness, the whole 9 yards.

I went to the doctor, did a bunch of tests. She said my blood sugar came back lower, probley due to diet. I eat what ever I feel like eating cause I dont gain weight so I dont care. She said it could be from just eatting carbs and sugar and to make sure everytime I eat to have some protien too.

So I have been doing that and it works ok, but still I hate that if I dont eat every 2 hours that I get this way! Its not fair! A normal person can skip a meal once a day no problem, they get a little hungry. But me I feel like I am dying if I were to do that!

I have to eat breakfast, pack lunch, and snacks for each of my 3 breaks, and eat as soon as I get home and again before I go to bed! And if I wake up in the middle of the night I am starving again!

What is wrong with me! Am I just burning my calories and food to fast? Am I sick! I dont know what to do!

Then everyone hates me cause I am so skinny and eat so much. Sorry its not my fault!

I want to get something that is a little diffrent. Not the everyday normal things. Nothing below the belt either! I love piercings but I am running out of space on my face and dont want to over do it. But I still want more! Any ideas? Maybe something you dont see often or have never seen.

I have a female bearded dragon. We have had her for about 7 months now. She is starting to get pretty big. She has a nice 50 gal tank. Got the right lights, habitat, sand, food, everything we should have. For the first 3 months we had her she was so awesome she loved being held, would walk right into your hand, close her eye when you pet her, totaly calm and nice. Then she just slowly started to get agressive. It just started one day she was puffing her beard. Then went to hissing, then snapping, then running away, then trying to bite, then pretty much full blown if you try to touch her you should be prepared for pain. We handle her every day, even now when she is acting agressive. We were thinking it was just a faze but it is going on much longer then it should from what I have read. We have tried almost everything we have read and been told. Sometimes we can get her to clam donw, but then she goes right back to it. Any other ideas we can try?
