and i brought her home on November 3, 2008

how old does that make her in bird years?

does anyone know?

in human years she is going to turn 4

but can someone please explain to me if how it works to Find out her age in birdie years?

ive had gmail for a while now and know how to use it quite well but i cant figure out how to forward emails to a certain person. as in i have this interesting email that i want to send to some one it fits for and i received this email like years ago but now that i remembered about it i know who to forward it to. but i have forwarded it to people back in the days when i received this email just to share it.... my problem is,

you know how when you forward an email and if they write back when you open it it has files/emails or what ever you want to call it that shows who else you've emailed it too..... well since mine has that i want to forward it to someone special and i don't want them to see the forwards and replies i had to the others........ how do i do that?

i have figured it out once but i cant remember how to do that again..... especially that gmail has changed lately.......

i am a handicaped girl at the age of 16. i am looking for a way to lose weight cuz ive become very fat over time! does anyone know about how i can lose weight? please help me!!!!

i herd about eating small meals every 2 hours. well im trying that out but im confused about am i supposed to start with breakfast as small meal and then eat another small meal in 2 hours and so on through out the day, week, and month, as in there wont be any normal breakfast, lunch and dinner or am i suposed to have breakfast (one balanced full plate) then in 2 hours eat a small meal and then in 2 hours eat another small meal and then a 12:00 lunch time have another full plate meal then in 2 hours eat again a small meal and so on through out the day or what? or do i just eat right from morning every two hours up to bed time and then the same thing again? does any one understand what im saying? im so confused! please help me!!!!

our male "deaf" cat is randomely running around low to the ground and hiding n strange places. i could even say he is crrawling. he crawled behind a book shelf like thing and lies down and relaxes. but as soon as we get him out his pupils are wide and he he behaves like he would around an earthquake. but there is none. he has been doing this seferal times a day now. before he would do it few times and we would thing he is playing but now he is just doing that every day. he is deaf and he is less than a year old but more that half a year........ we also have a female in the house and a new few month old kitten and could he be doing that becuse of him??

i am taming a male cockatiel and i tame him according to this video, ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSHYrwxM-zY ) and when my finger is like1 inch or less away from him he forgets all about practicing to get on the perch and tries to attack my finger. he will climb the perch if he has to just so he can get over to my hand and bite my finger. can anyone help me?

does anyone have any ideas how i can finish taming this bird?

if he is un-tamable im gonna have to get rid of him because i cant keep an untamed bird. there is no point of them sitting in a cage and doing nothing and if he refuses to have free dome outside the cage then i might as well give him away to someone who like them being locked away for life.......

guys, when you see breasts, do you stare at them and check out the nipples or do you concentrate on the girl and try not to make it obvious that you are trying to look at them? and how do you look at breasts? do you look at the nipple like size and how pointy or not? just wanna know..........

i have 2 cockatiels and 4 parakeets. i am planing on taming all of them or else i will have to get rid of them. i started off with my male cockatiel. i was taming him by according to this video

( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSHYrwxM-zY ) and it was all going as planned until i was like an inch away from getting him on my finger and he stopped cooperating. so then i started all over and once i get to that same position he climbs the wall of his cage again and hangs there until i either loose Patience and move my hand out of the cage or until i give up completely!

what do i t?!?!?!? he does this as soon as i put my hand with the perch in the cage and no matter how many days, hours, or weeks later i do this he remembers that that's the only thing to make me leave him alone and he keeps doing it.

help please someone.............

i have a male cinnamon cockatiel and a female pearl cockatiel. the male always comes up behind her and pulls the small feathers above her tail feathers on her back. what does that mean? she gives out this loud screeching sound and he stops and walks away. but then he turns around and comes back to her and does that same thing. why does he do that. also when he fallows her around he partly opens his wings and walks around behind her slowly with his crest down. what does that mean? does he want to mate with her?

any cockatiel experts out there? help please.

i have a female lutino cockatiel. she is 4 years old and all her life she has never had a chance to grow out her primary flight feathers completely because she has this problem i cant figure out. she does this about 2 times a year. her flight feathers barley grow out and become strong and she breaks them..... my mom says its some kind of a seizure.

this is what she does:

she walks over to a place in her cage where the perch is by the wall of her cage. she puts one foot on the bars of her cage and the other on the perch. she flips herself over and spreads her wings and flaps them. once she begins flapping them, she cant stop and falls off the perch and continues flapping and screaming and running around the cage braking off her flight feathers. blood sprays everywhere. afterward she is all bloody and is very quiet but once someone comes up to her or the cage she thinks we will touch her and hurt her wings and she gives out this screeching sound.

i don't know what causes that but i need to know what that is!!!

ive been trying to figure this out for years and i dont know!

shes been doing this ever since she was bought in the pet store. she is tamed by the way. very cuddly and friendly.

please help!

i have a few cockatiels and im working on taming one of my male cockatiel. i have this male cockatiel that just wont trust me!! ive tried taming him for a long time and he is still wild and runs away and i have to take him out of the cage with a towel and he bites!!! my other cockatiels are tamed and fine!!! why is it so hard to tame a male cockatiel? has anyone had this problem and fixed it?!?!?!? please help!!!!

i have 3 cockatiels a 4 budgies. my very first bird was a cockatiel and i still have her now. i have been know to birds for only 5 years. the first cockatiel i got she is very tamed and friendly! so i got 2 more a male and a female and lately when i am spending time with my tamed female cockatiel that was the first one i had and the new female cockatiel that shares a cage with a male. she starts screaming screaming and running zig zag from corner to corner at the bottom of the cage like she wants me to take her out of the cage so she can play with my other cockatiel. because my tamed cockatiel does the same thing when she wants me to take her out of the cage. but when i go back in the cage to take her out she runs away and hisses and threatens to bite and then the male cockatiel comes in protecting her and attacking her and me! but when i move my hand in a few minuets she acts the same way as if she wants to come out. what does that mean??!?!?!?!? can anyone help me?!?!?!?!?

i mean that's just weird and disgusting! i understand a male sucking a females breast because that's what breasts are for in the first place! so there is nothing wrong about that. but to suck a dick is just wrong. because that is the place where wast comes out of and same thing with a girls V and the butt to! how could someone do that? what if something comes out?!?!?!? that's just wrong!!! does anyone understand me? can anyone explain to me why people do that?!?!?!!?!?!? is that normal?

i have 4 budgies, two male and two female. i had two, a male and a female but recently got another male and female budgie so now i have 4. i decided to move them in to one cage, so when i did that one of the female budgies that isn't tame, (the one i recently got) at first she was fine in the cage with all 4 of them but in about few minutes she randomly started attacking the others. even her mate that she came with. she grabbed him by the feathers on his head and wouldn't let go and he was screaming like craze so i had to tap the top of the cage so she will get scared and let him go. but then she ran after the others and wanted to attack them so i immediately took her and her mate out and put her in her old cage and she went back to normal cuddling with her mate and scratching his head. what is wrong with her? has any one had this experience with there budgies and fixed it? please help me!! i need them to eventually combine in to one cage because i cant have several cages in my room!! please help me!! how am i going to do this?!?!?!? and what is wrong with my female budgie?

i have 4 budgie, two males and two females. one pare (a male and a female) i just got and they are behaving weird. for example, my other pair of budgies are perfectly fine but these two when i am not in the room but neer the room or at night they both make weird sobbing noises. as if they cant breath. but once i wake up or sit up from sleep or inter my room during the day then they stop. and if i take themout of the cage the dont make noises and behave like my other birds but once in the cage and alone, then look like they are panting and they make weird noises when they breath. kinda like whistling. i dont know whats wron with them. can someone help me. i dont want the other once to get sick from them...... HELP

I have 3 cockatiels, 2 budgies ( one male one female) and resently i just got two more budgies (a male and a female) and i looked at them closely and compared them to my other two and for some reason the female budgie looks completely different! i mean that, well, you know how a budgie/parakeet would have purblish or grayish feet and a dark yellow beak that starts off wide from the cere and ends with a sharp point in the end. well this female budgie, she is mostly white but has some light blue in her and her feet are very pinkish and she is smaller than the other female budgie that i have and her cere is brown. i havent seen a brown one yet. but anyway is there somthing i dont know about there looks or is she not even a budgie? she is the smallest budgie i have but the males are the same size. in fact they are both green. can any one please help me? im confused........... thanks...... :)

like can you breed a cockatiel with a budgie or a macaw with a cockatoo? if not, then y not? they are still birds. you can breed big dog with little dog y cant you breed big bird with little bird? i mean i understand breeding different animals like a cat and a dog or a horse and a cow but bird with bird? y doesnt that work? does anyone know? help please?!?!?!?!?!!?

i have a cinnamon male cockatiel and a pearl female cockatiel and i want them to breed. the only problem is that, i put a breeding box to the cage and they have perfect acsess to it, but my other lutino female cockatiel that lives in another cage loves that box. she keeps screaming for me to put her in that cage so she can play in the next box. the problem is that when i put her in that box, she will play in there for like1 minut and suddensly run out attacking the other male and female couple cockatiels!! whats up with that?!?!? i wanted to breed her with the male but she would attack him, nearly killing him. what do i do? he is fine with the other pearl cockatiel but they both wont go to the nesting box or they wont mate!! what do i do about the cockatiels?!?!?! please help me!!! what do i do with my lutino cockatiel that is apsessed with the box but yet attacks the others and what do i do with the two couples that wont mate?!?!?!? please help me some one!!!! :(

i have baby cockatiels just hatched and i am wondering of how i can mark them to know which one hatched first and on what day? ive herd of leg bands but i cant find any in stores and i dont shop online. please help me!! tell me how to mark my baby cockatiels to keep track of their birthday and theire age. so when they are ready to go to new homes i need to know which one hatched first and how old it is!!!! please help me!!!!!!!!
