I have a Haflinger gelding Kanook, I was wondering If I Should Clip his fetlocks for show? We are showing, Western, And English, Also Gymkhana! He is more stocky, But I had to clip them when I got him because he almost got mud fever, Here are some photos

So you know how you pull a horses mane? I was wondering if you could just cut the hair that goes off to the side? And If it would be accepted in a show? because I have a haflinger and When i bought him his hair was cut not pulled? I know because I asked Please Answer :) Oh and the shows I do are western, english, jumping, and Halter

I have a haflinger named "Kanook" I was wondering if you had any show names like "Kanooks Book" or "Kanooks Hook" Ones that rhyme or make sense??? Please!

So my new Haflinger has Little respect for me so I lunged (Longed) Him And he likes to run away I used a chain shank and he tried but I gave a small pull and got his attention before he could greet the others, He Likes to toss his head and shove his face into the ground to eat whatever is there (He gets fed hay), he rejects the bit, I dont know how he does getting saddled I went there and he was all saddled when I went to meet him He likes to shove his face into you Please read this: I am not asking for your preface (ex. well you should have asked to see him tack,ed, asked to see his manners) I am asking for ways to stop this I got him to stop today but only after a lunge and getting taught (He used to belong to a 14 year old girl who spoiled him, accepted him rubbing on her, And did not care what he did)

So we have these posts you would use for making a pen and you can put string or wire through them and I was wondering if I could make a roundpen by putting the sticks about 4 feet apart and making 3 lines of cotton rope?? goinh through them? and then make it tight so the string is stiff? I would only use it to lunge and my haflinger is a good lunger but he likes to run away and my round pen is with the stallions and it is made for mustangs so we cant move it it was built into the ground... He respects fence lines very well

I have this sharp not really painful but like annoying pain in my lower right abdomen! I have it like every week I am NOT going to a doctor... Like I said its not really painful it feels like when you get punched in the gut I do not have diarrhea Or any other pains except a headache sometimes.... So please tell me what I can do to help stop it I usually use peppermint or candy canes but we ran out a few days ago...

So my mare when I get on will stand and buck and buck and when I get off will turn away and try to leave me when I get finished grooming her she will stand still and not move She is broke chiropracter and vet said nothings wrong with her I need tips and hints On what to do to stop this and break her of this habit of hers I bought her like this not knowing so..... So i am going on a horse trail ride and want to Spray paint my saddle can I? it would have 2 days to dry?

I finally got my costume idea! I am being a space woman and my horse a alien I have a real space woman costume And I am going to spray my horse green (non toxic hair spray) and Have green tack is this a good idea? will the paint come off when I wash my horse?

So I have a halloween ride on the 29th And I wanted to know If I could ride in a sheet or something of the sorts basically to cover his back not past the legs though If I cant I can just get a bed sheet cut some holes and add some velcro But I would like a pre cut CHEAP one.... I am a bunny horse a carrot... I know trail ride + white not pretty lol I know I can not ride in like a winter blanket I mean like a larger orange throw blanket thinner so he wont get hot... I would walk trot and canter The ride would be like 4 hours its from my friend Monica's to McDonald's 1 more mile and then back probably about 7-8 miles the trails we use are going to be larger not like you might think because there are usually 20-40 horses depending on weather, date and everything.. So I have a Pony named maggie she is long, big, And well... Just not a show horse... I want a good show horse (cheap) And My grandma will not let me get a new horse? She says my horse is perfectly fine which she is not! She is roman nosed And She will not place in cross country (roman noses never place and never will) She does clumsy jumps has a huge head, big ears, long barrel, and well I was rushed into buying her! I dont like her and we do not click!

So I might wear a inflatable costume to school for halloween And I was wondering If I Could wear it there or would it be better to take it there and then inflate it? It is not going to be a big one just a small slim one maybe a bucking bull? Or a marshamellow? So Can I wear it inflated to school? or not? I will sit in my chair so consider that..... And I would be sitting down to eat,do work, planner, ect.
