I count eight different companies that make them: Diamond Graphics, Microstar, MSI, Saphire, XFX, Asus, HIS, and Powercolor with what appear to be the same card (1024 MB) but with prices sometimes $50 (US) different. Best to go with the least cost? Are warranties significantly different? For example, Diamond only warrants one defect so, even if within the warrantee period, one is SOL with a second problem.

It is done supposedly to decide on how many Representatives a state gets by determining the total possible number of voters but this statement was in the Yahoo! news article: "Census mail results could be trouble for 5 states"

Who the heck cares? Criminal aliens are not voters and are not part of the US population. This basically would mean states like Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California have falsely higher populations so more Representatives are allotted to them then they should have. How long has this been going on?

Is this a result of the executive branch recently corrupting the process by taking over the census count?

They have no aggressive enemies so their entire paramilitary force (including Fatah militias) could be used. All their neighbors wish HAMAS' destruction (Egypt might even provide help to do so). It would cement their power and put them in a position of strength in their negotiations with Israel.

Please, enough of this bad crusaders nonsense - the Arab empire declined because it broke into smaller pieces and fought wars amongst themselves and were not again united until the Ottoman Turks took over (who's population was 1/3 Christian and who were not persecuted by the Turks). When the Ottoman Empire broke up, Arab tribes once again invaded. Arabs are not a peaceful people as tribal societies rarely are.
