Whenever i email him a lengthy question, he email me back with a short "I'll email you later"

I'm not sure if this is considered a professional attitude and if it's something i should adapt in the future. For me, even if i do notice that a new email came in, i read it and leave it until i have proper time to answer everything and then email back, even if it takes a few days.

but is it better to be speedy and just write a email back saying "I'll get to this in 2 days" or "we can talk about it later" and so forth?

My little sister live in Atlanta and has a car that she's paying on. I think she's about halfway through the payments on it. She is moving to New York City and wants to take her car. But she's telling me she's just going to store it in a garage in Jersey somewhere and stop making the payments because she wants to keep her car for as long as she can.. So they may not be able to locate it for repossession. But I'm scared because can't she be charged with theft? What if like a year goes by and they still haven't repo'd the car? I'm afraid she'll be charged with car theft or something.. She thinks she's slick but I can't talk her out of it! She seems to think that at some point they'll just write it off and maybe even get a judgement against her which will RUIN her credit but she doesn't seem to care! I'm just concerned about any legal action..

I just move into the Whitrun house I pay for and when I came in, the inside of the house horrible! Can I do some kind of a make over with it to move the things that's already in there to make it look better? And is there a place when I can buy more stuff for the inside of the house? Like a better bed or fire wood for the fire place for example? My IPhone just randomly started doing this today. I picked it up and all I saw was the black background with the white apple logo, then it shows my lock screen and in 3 sec. goes back to the restarting screen. And it just keeps on doing that over and over again. I haven't been able to use my phone. I just got it 4 months ago and I don't know why its doing this. I have been dropping it a few times though which might have damaged it a little, but I don't think that would be the case. I was able to import all my photos so I didn't lose them which I was grateful for.... But, its still keeps restarting. I use my phone a lot, and I have probably about 1 MG left in it. Please help me if you know what the problem is, thank you.
