What exactly is wrong with what Hillary said? Why isn't EVERYONE saying the same thing? Why is it Obama's fault that racist cops have been murdering black people? Why is that being condoned? The BLM movement would not even exist if the cops who executed black citizens without due process, without just cause, were held accountable for their actions.

Gov. Rick Snyder poisoned the children of Flint, MIchigan with lead in their water, with the help of the evil Koch Brothers. Gov. Scott Walker, allowed the Koch Bros. to dump tons of toxic waste into the St. Johns RIver in Florida. Any chance either of them will see jail time?

Liberals want to provide shelter to the desperate refugees, while the cons don't care what happens to them. Liberals want to give legal equality to gays, women and minorities, while cons want them to be treated like sub-humans. It it a classic case of psychological projection? Or just classic irony?

Why is it better to be moving backward? What is so bad about wanting progress in the world? Why do regressives prefer clinging to old fashioned bigotry, rather than accepting the fact that all human beings are entitled to be treated fairly and with equal regard under the law? Haven't we been moving toward that end over the last 2000 years? Why do they prefer to live in the ignorance of the past? And if the past is so great, why are they on their computers?

Are they truly unaware that the majority of theists accept evolution?

Do they think that denying all the evidence that supports evolution, makes it somehow disappear?

Do they think that their failure to understand the evidence, somehow invalidates it?

Why are they so afraid of knowledge, and so fearful of this topic, that that they have to delete questions like this one?

A marriage in an Elvis chapel is legal. A marriage by a Ship's Captain is legal. A marriage by any authorized magistrate is legal. A Buddhist, Hindu, Shinto, or any other religious marriage ceremony is legal.

This LEGAL contract comes with automatic benefits, rights and protections.

So if they want their religious ceremonies to be ONLY religious ceremonies, then we should take AWAY all the LEGAL rights, benefits and protections that come automatically with a marriage certificate.

Denying those SAME benefits to gay couples (consenting ADULT U.S. citizens) is just flat out discriminatory and anti-American. Why don't they get that very simple point?

They claim all living things were made from dirt, and a man was made like a mud pie, but what is in dirt, mud, clay, dust, etc. if not non-living chemicals? So in addition to being ignorant about biology, they have no idea what organic chemistry is all about either? What about physics? Do they think atoms, molecules, elements, are "alive"?

Human beings have been able to turn grass into corn and wolves into chihuahaus by using artificial selection, in a few thousand years. So their claim that their god could not have turned primates into humans using natural selection over millions of years, shows how superior humans are to their version of god.

Apparently not, since the ones who most often get quoted here are invariably wrong. Does having a diploma in theology from a correspondence school (like Kent Hovind) qualify a person to testify as if they are experts in matters of biology, geology, astronomy, physics or chemistry?

Isn’t presenting yourself as a qualified expert - like they do -- while in fact they have no such expertise (or any knowledge whatsoever on the subject) a form of lying?

Aren’t Christians taught not to lie? So then why do preachers pretend to be experts on scientific matters, when it is painfully obvious to anyone with a half-way decent education on the subject that they have no idea what they are talking about?

The totally banal statements made here on subjects like evolution, or cosmology make even educated theists cringe.

Why do they rant against evolution, when they have no evidence at all that their myth is real? Trying to disprove evolution doesn't help their case. In fact, it just makes ALL their beliefs look absurd.

Gays no longer feel they should have to hide who they are, but today's Christians seem just as eager to force them back "into the closet," or even worse, as evidenced by the rally to discriminate against them here & execute them in Africa demonstrates. How is such hate-filled bigotry justified by a "loving, just" god?

They want to deny legal equality to gay couples, just like white Americans wanted to deny equal rights to African-Americans.

Marriage is a legal contract that automatically provides countless benefits, rights & protections to straight couples, even those married in Elvis chapels or Buddhist monks. Yet they claim gay couples are not entitled to those same legal rights, benefits & protections. How is their bigotry any different from the KKK using scripture to justify their hatred of blacks?
