We owned 2 pure bred, same breed dogs, (we'll call them A bred) the male we had before the female and the female we adopted from someone on short notice. They both had AKC papers and were pure A bred- you could tell they were by looking at them.

The female ended up going into heat two 1/2 weeks after we got her (before her spaying & his neutering appointments) and her & our male had tied. This was an honest accident- we couldn't get them fixed sooner because our vet didn't have any appointments- so please no bashing about irresponsible pet ownership. Our male has since been neutered, as the female.

So, after the puppies were born we sold them as A bred- same as our 2 adults with no papers and at a low price- because we just wanted them to get homes and go fast. We weren't trying to make money off them at all.

Well, we have gotten 2 complaints that they are "pure" another breed (B bred we'll say)- which is IMPOSSIBLE since the mother isn't B breed, which they are claiming the puppies are and we never have had dogs go to our yard except OUR A bred male.

So, to the best of of our knowledge they ARE A bred puppies. Although, by the pictures we have gotten the puppies do look mixed. I don't know how it could of happened when my dogs aren't unattended in our yard and we own no other male dogs.

It wasn't in our sales contract or guarantee that said "pure bred A puppies".

We just said "A puppies".

Is this enough to protect us from getting sued and them winning?

Or should we tell them to give us the dog back and we will give them their money back?

For all I know the genes of the two dogs could of mixed up odd and we got odd looking puppies.

I love this dye job (and so does my hubby).

I have been dying my hair for 12 years myself and I always get better results than going to the Salon. I use the same products and techniques to dye my own hair as the salon. I never buy boxed dyes from the local Walmart or Grocery Store- I use professional products sold in salon supply stores.

I would love to dye my hair very similar to the photo in the link. I understand the different tones and shades, but I am not sure about the techniques that were used to do give it the blend.

Is it similar to putting high/low lights in, is it dipping, is it randomly picking strands????

Any tips? Has anyone done this and do you have pictures and a how to?

My picture uploader will not work on my computer, but will work on other computers. Why?

It goes to the "Upload" bar, but seems to freeze and NEVER uploads. I am not shown an error. It does this when I use SD cards, cd's and just regular files from the C: drive.

I have cleared the Cache and Cookies, Adobe Flash Player is WIN 10,1,53,64 (it is NOT a Debug), I have Windows XP and it is Video/Audio Capable & Local File I/O is Enabled.

I also restarted my computer after this.

I noticed this issue after I downloaded Limewire, Frostwire and DivX Player.

Since, I have deleted all 3 programs from my system and I still have an issue.

I want to get the DivX Player out of my computer. It has been causing issues in my system. I have deleted all Divx Files but the system WILL NOT let me rid the DivX Update files.

So, now DivX just reinstalls itself and helps itself to my system to do whatever it wants.

This is the message I get when I try to delete ANY of these files (there is a total 4 files):

Cannot Delete DivXUpdate.exe: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

All I want to do is run away sometimes and then feel so guilty for it when moments after they have been at their worst (for hours) when they turn around and are good and do sweet things.

Does anyone ever feel this way?

I just get so tired and frustrated and sick of manning the whole house while my husband works all day... and then I have to have dinner ready for everyone and clean up... and he only helps once I flip out.

I quit my job after witnessing and dealing with [ what I thought to be ] inappropriate behavior of the owner. I decided to not to return to work after he and I had a disagreement. He had my manager call me and tell me I could not have my paycheck unless I write a letter describing EXACTLY why I quit.

I cannot receive unemployment because I was on it for a year after the non-profit I worked for had to close from funding loss. I do not have any company property, etc.

Is he allowed to do this in the State of Florida and how can I find out? Are there any resources I can go to on the web?

I'm having my 3rd (and last!) child. It will be a surprise on the sex and I have 1 of each now ages 3 and 1 1/2 (my 2nd will be 2 when the baby is born). I didn't have a shower with my 2nd, but what kind of party is acceptable for the 3rd and last baby?

I don't want to hit people up for gifts (I mean- we have everything already from the other 2). But both of our families will just start buying random crap we don't need. I cloth diaper, so we sent out an e-mail to our families with the link to order extras since we need some more. I explained that if they were planning on sending money or gifts that they didn't need to, we just needed diapers. I know everyone, though and they will buy other stuff.

So, I made a registry (literally there is maybe 12-15 items on it like blankets lol) and my mother told me it was inappropriate. The registry wasn't sent to anyone and I wasn't planning on sharing it, but I wanted to remember what we will need and that was the easy way.

So what is appropriate with having a 3rd baby? Is it okay to have a party (not a shower) to celebrate? Is it appropriate to tell family what we do and do not need? I was upset when my friend was having her 2nd baby and had another shower when she ALREADY had everything (like we do now). She basically got all new stuff and I felt taken advantage of. I didn't think that was right or appropriate. I don't want people to think that about us.

We are just excited (and bummed that this is it) about the 3rd and last and wanted to throw a party with food, family and reminiscing about the other two's births.

I have a child who is 3, from a previous marriage and my husband and I have a 13 month old together. Well, after months of discussing- we decided we want one more child.

For the past 6 months libido on both sides has been ridiculously low. My husband had stopped calling me his pet names for me and stopped complimenting me.

Well after 2 months of having trouble getting the IUD out of me, we finally had me taken to outpatient surgery 2 days ago to remove it.

Since its been out, I have never seen my husband so interested in sex and complimenting me other than when we first started dating.

We have to wait 2 weeks before we can even do anything, plus 6 weeks before we can try for a baby. I am completely upside down over his behavior that just changed in the blink of an eye. I feel like he is only attracted to me when babies are involved (he couldn't keep his hands off me when I was pregnant with my daughter).

What is going on in his head? He is freaking me out.

I searched the county records on my home- but all I found was the price of my home and the basic profile of it. I have found general information of how the town came to be around and some of the first people to purchase land... BUT I am interested in my neighborhood- not the actual town.

I have a pu truck that was in a crash over a year ago- was fixed professionally, had NO FRAME damage. We are growing are family to a 3rd child and we need something practical for the family.

I think he is red and white, the breeder said he was lemon and white. When he was 6/8 weeks old he WAS LEMON, ALL THE WAY. Well, I googled lemon and white basset hounds and they don't look like him, but the red and whites DO.

I am moving into a nice new house- the walls are already painted a neutral color and I don't want to change that. My daughter (8 months) is going to have a Hello Kitty room and I want to do Dinosaurs/Jungle theme for my 2 year old son.

Does anyone have any pictures of how to set up the decals so it doesn't look dumb?

Who sells inexpensive decals/wallpaper? (I think $20.00 is too much and $5 a letter is too much- hard times, limited cash for decorating right now...)

Hello! My daughter has bad diaper rash and I can't get rid of it.

If I can't get something to help, I'm going to take her to the pediatrician. She is 7 months and we've never had this problem til Friday last week. Usually zinc 20% and baby powder dry out any rash she gets... this time it made it worse. I've tried polysporin on it and now I have been trying Destitin Clear with baby powder over it to get it to stay on the area. Bouerdeaux Butt Paste hasn't worked, neither has Dr. Smiths....

The rash is in the creases of her inner hips/thighs and above her "area".

My daughter is cloth diapered (Happy Hienies Pockets), we haven't switched our detergent (Arm & Hammer Essentials Mountain Rain).

She eats 1 jar of baby food per day (lately it's been fruits- she boycotted veggies :o( ).

She is breastfed (no formula at all)- I haven't changed my diet.

SO- ANY IDEAS (BESIDES A TRIP TO THE PEDIATRICIAN) TO CLEAR IT UP???

My ex husband takes our son sometimes as scheduled (more so when he has a girlfriend with a kid/kids, less so when he is single or girlfriend with no kids). Well, his newest girlfriend has a son a year or 2 older than ours.

He wants to take him for 3 weeks uninterrupted this summer as ordered by the court (we have a court date next week to have time sharing changed). Our son has never spent more than 24 hours from me.

Has anyone fought with the courts in a similar circumstance? And what references did you take with you to help your case? I found 3 websites, but I feel I need some books and other things to help me.

I was also battered by him which was slightly looked at during the divorce but ignored since he never hurt our son (6 months old at the time).

He was able to weasel every weekend visitation (all weekend) which I am fighting to change.

I have remarried since him and have a daughter with my new husband.

Are they substantial enough to help me at all???

I know its a lot, I'm just nervous and I am afraid.
