I live in Michigan. About 10 years ago (or so), my car broke down, and I abandoned it. Needless to say, it got towed. I never paid the company that towed it. Recently, they started garnishing my wages until the total bill of about $700 is paid. Now, I was told that once that is paid off, legally they have to give me the car back. Being that it's been so long, I doubt they even still have the car ('87 Buick LeSabre), and if they don't, do they have to give me back the money?

Week 1 is a must win for me, I'm playing against my fiance, and we have a side bet on the line. While I'm pretty sure I'm gonna beat her anyway, I'm struggling to decide what RBs to play. Here are my choices... Ray Rice is playing against the Steelers and is projected 10 points. LaGarrette Blount is playing the Lions and is projected 12 points. Beanie Wells is playing the Panthers and is projected 10 points. Reggie Bush is playing the Patriots projected 8 points. And Jahvid Best is playing the Buccaneers and projected 5 points. These projections are from Yahoo. Rice vs the Steelers is gonna be tough to get 10. Blount is running against one of the best D-Lines in football, Wells should shred Carolina. Bush vs the Patriots is definitely on the bench but has homerun threat and receptions possibilities. And Best vs Tampa has the same threats as Bush and playing a weaker team. I live in Grand Blanc, Mi. I have 7 pine trees in my backyard that I want to get rid of. Town hall says I can only cut down 25% of the trees on my property, which leaves me with 2 pine trees I can't cut down. How much would it cost me to buy 2 or 3 mature trees that I can plant in place of the 2 pine trees, and where do I buy them from?

I have the Droid X. Everyone I follow on Twitter goes to my contacts. Is there anyway to not have them in my contacts? If not, I can live with that. But I used to follow someone who made a new profile. I tried deleting the old one from my contacts, but it says to delete this person from your contacts you must remove this person from your friend list on Twitter, which I think I have done. Any help with this would be great.

I know how to "unfollow", but they're still on my contacts. Can I remove them or am I stuck "unfollowing" them?

Recently I've noticed that my hot water pressure is very weak. Particularly my bathroom sink. It hasn't always been this way. However the water from the shower has had a funky odor to it for a while now. It's not every time the shower is used, (unless I'm just used to the smell now and don't notice it). Are these problems connected or are they separate issues? And how do I fix them? Thanks.

Why doesn't that whole tribe realize that they are being ruled by Rob and turn on him? All though I do think Grant is begining to have had enough. Forgive me for the stupid question, but people often ask me if my truck has a 350 or whatever. I'm not very automotive inclined at all, so I have no idea what that means. I have a 2004 Sierra Denali. It's a 6.0 Vortec engine. It has 325 hp. That's all I know. What do people mean when they say 350?

I've been a Lions fan even through these past horrible seasons. I'm pretty sure nobody can deny the fact that they are finally turning things around. However I can't help but wonder if this lockout will set all the progress that they've made back again. It's frustrating because it seems like as a Lions fan I have good things to loom forward to and now there isn't gonna be football. Will they pick up where they left off in building a competitive team or will they have to start all over due to rustiness or whatever else?

I don't know my exact credit score. It's in 500s though. I'm aware of some past due bills, others I don't remember. Some of them are from several years ago. If/When I pay those past due bills, will my credit score improve, or is it too late. If it will improve it, how does it work? Will it just raise my score little by little, bill by bill? Also is there anything else I can do to help it?

I just recently bought the Droid X, is there any way to delete the apps that were already on the phone when I bought it? Such as Blockbuster, City ID, etc.?

I love fishing, particularly bass fishing, but don't have much luck with it. I'm just looking for some tips like time of day, bait/lures, or anything else that might help.

Own a 2004 Sierra Denali. The Check Engine Light will come on for about a week or so then go off for about a day or two. The truck runs fine other than the fact that it seems to idle kind of weak, not to the point of stalling though. Also maybe just my imagination but the gas mileage seems to have gotten worse. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Also just recently went over 100,000 miles, if that helps.

I'm looking to buy a dog, bought I'm not sure what kind to get. I want something on the bigger side, with short hair (long hair not a deal breaker). And I want one that's playfull and good with kids, but will gaurd the house from intruders. I know sounds like I'm being picky, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I read two different articles online and one said that he was a 60 day disabled list which would bring him back in September. And another article said that he would have surgery that would end his season. Anyone know the truth?
