there are so many great products out there.i am looking for a body wash that smells good and has the best moisture for really dry skin.any suggestions

my husband's cousin is getting married to a guy friend we introduced her to.they are having an outside wedding at the town square.she isn't wearing a wedding gown,because she is pregnant and uncomfortable in one.when i asked what the guest's should wear,the guy friend told me to dress to impress?what does that mean?what should i wear?normally i would go casual.but dress to impress isn't casual.i don't want to over impress,because the bride isn't wearing anything fancy.any suggestions?

they said it was a mini stroke called TIA.they can't find a clot or hemorrhage.sent home with no answers.scared it will happen again.what can i do to prevent it from happening and how can i get an answer if doctors can't tell me anything?
