i have read about DoNotTrackPlus plugin for firefox. Is it completely safe or trusted plugin? Should we use or not.

I have received a spam mail like this:-

This mail has an attachment (internet traffic report.zip) also but i can't see that bcoz antivirus program does not allow it to open.

What does it means.

It is fake or valid mail?

I have rsceived this mail can i trust on it? is it true or false?
