It's mostly (99%) a virus. Which effect your computer speed and sometimes send your computer information to other hackers. I would suggest
1. Don't try to open it.
2. Mark it as Spam.
3. Change your account password. Make it more difficult by adding symbols or number in it.
If you keep on receiving these type of mails, contact yahoo help center and inform them about it, they will definitely solve this problem for you.
I hope it helped you.

In the email click to see the full headers
here you will get the actual email address of the sender
from Return-Path: xxxxxxx at aol.com
Now put this email address in the Spam Blocker in Yahoo Mail Options

Fake, the main clue is the attachment. Nobody legit that is notifying anyone of anything includes an attachment. They'd just put the info in the text of the email.
Second clue is how would they get your email address?
