I had knee surgery for a torn miniscus (right) about 2.5yrs ago. I started working out about 5wks ago. I do yoga Mon & Thurs, Cardio Tues & Fri and Pilates on Sundays. Yesterday (Saturday) I decided to take a cardio/muscle sculpting class which used weights, stepper and calisthenics. Today (Sunday) I have muscle twitching in my right quad. Should I just sit today out or work through it at my usual Pilates class? It doesn't hurt but it's an odd feeling.

My mother has a house in PA. She is terminally ill and wants to transfer the house into my name or one of my siblings name. I have excellent credit, already have a house in my name but am currently not working. My sis is working and has good credit but is extended credit wise and has a house in her name. My brother has no credit history. How can she transfer the house in one of our names? Who would be the easiest to transfer it to? Are there any tax implications?

I am currently trying to decrease my debt-to-income ratio. I have a fixed rate conventional 30yr loan. I know if I pay more towards the principle it will decrease the length of the loan but will it decrease the amount I am obligated to pay every month too? I am redecorating my home. I have an electrical panel in my hallway that I want to cover up. It would have to be something I can easily remove so I can access the panel if needed. I DO NOT want to hang up a picture or painting over it.

Black people make up about 12% of the U.S. population yet somehow people make statements about blacks who want a handout are the ones who voted for him. Obama could've had 100% of the black vote but if others didn't believe in him (white, hispanic, asian etc.) he would not be our president elect. Obama had more white males vote for him then white males who voted for Kerry when he ran. All types of people voted for Obama and that's what makes his win so wonderful.

I have a bunch of Nutrisystem meals. I had a 2nd child and thought it would take longer to lose the pregancy weight and I ordered all of this stuff. Now I have a pantry full of Nutrisystem meals and snacks and I feel it would be wasteful to just throw them out. Do you think this would be tacky to donate or if they would even accept the meals?

My 2yo son has many allergies with vinegar being one of them. I always used a little vinegar when I slice apples or other fruit for my kids for a snack when we go out. Any suggestions on what else I can use?
