the recruiter have given me the "yes" email that Im offered the position like 3 weeks ago and asked me to respond to her email back if Im still interested so that they process the offer letter the week after. I responded back the same day but its been 3 weeks since , and I havent received the offer letter yet!!!!

I emailed her twice during the last 2 weeks following up on the case and on my start date but havent heard back! DO u think there is anything wrong or the process itself is time consuming?
