I have a beautiful long haired german shepherd and he is white. I have brushed and brushed him to no avail. Even vaccuming every day is not helping with his hair in my house. Is there a way a groomer can get all this old winter coat off of him without shaving him. He would hate that as he is a beautiful boy and he knows it. Plz I'll take any help cat

I have a white male german shepherd who is 2 years old. He has had to be made to eat all his life by mixing Alpo canned dog food with his dry food and even cheese on top of it! But lately that doesn't even satisfy him. I have tried everything from shoving his face in it and kicking the bowl towards him. I'm worried he will be malnourshised if I cannot make him eat soon! Someone please help me.

the vet says his lab work is all fine, its a puzzle to us all, he is soooo very thin becoming lethargic and he wont eat at all. i try feeding him and he throws it up,,someone help me i dont want to loose my Deuce

I use Frontline every month and I have 2 dogs over 100 lbs, I weigh 106, lol, but last week I tried the dawn dish soap bath,,needless to say i was exhausted afterwards, the Dawn worked for about two days. I also have 5 cats and 3 fish aquariums so it will be impossible for me to bomb my house, plus I have a two yr old grandson, any ideas as to what i can do and what i can put on my 1 acre yard with lots of trees, as i live in arkansas. Any help will be greatly appreciated, My lab is getting really bad hot spots because of the fleas. I just dont knbow what to do,, does aloe vera and oatmeal really work for the hot spots? I took him to the vet but they were closed so they made us an appt. for 9:00 in the morning. AJ never goes outside and he eats wet food always. This morning he didn't race me to his kibble bowl like he usually does and that had me concerned and then a few hours later, he started throwing up. Does anyone know what might be wrong and what I can do for him tonight to keep him comfortable and O.K. I love my cats like my children and when one of them are ill I panic so any advice would be so deeply appreciated. Help us please and little AJ would appreciate it too. Thanks everyone Cat

I went through Interferon two years ago for Hep C and now I have RA and Osteoarthritis. I have been getting these really bad rashes that itch like hell. I have been to a Dermatologist, an Allergist and no one seems to know what they are.I have had biopsies of the rashes and they say that it is an allergic reaction to a medication. I have gone off all my meds for a shot to see if it helped. IT DIDN;T!! Can anyone help me. I am literally about to go insane with the freaking itching and it is all over me. Please help me, this is so bad. And it never ever goes away. They prescribe me creams but they don't help. HELP ME PLEASE if anyone has been through this or has any idea what it is. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO miserable.

My little girl is almost 15 and I am trying all that I can to help her stay with me. She has bad kidney and bladder problems and has gone blind here recently. We go to the vet alot but he says there is not alot more he can do other than keep her comfy. I was told that carrots and parsnips and cranberries were good for her. Is this true at all? Someone please help me with some answers as it is going to kill me to loose her. She is my best buddy and I have had her since the day she was born. Please help!!! Cat

I have a cat who is 15 yrs. old and my best friend in the world. She has been very sick over the last year with her kidneys and bladder and she is also on Thyroid medication. Last week, she went blind and it seems that it came on very quickly. I took her to the vet again yestarday and it even has him befrazzled, but she cannot see anything at all. Is there ANYTHING I can do to help her. I put her on herbs for her bladder and kidneys as the antibiotics were not doing much for her anymore. Would something help her eyesight? I feel so sorry for her as like I said I have had her for 15 yrs. as a matter of fact, I helped birth her, and loosing her is going to devestate me. Someone please help me if you can. I don't want to loose my girl. Thanks so much

I have a big cyst behind my ear. It hurts so I went to the Dr. today and she would not lance it because she said it was right on the artery. She put me on a steroid but is there anything else I can do for right now? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I have little red itchy rashes all over me, my legs, chest, head and back and the Dr.s say it is an allergic reaction to one of my meds as I have RA and Osteoarthritis and I quit taking the Nsaids and now just take my hydrocodone and 800 mg of Motrin and of course my thyroid meds and Nexium. Can you develop an allergy to a med you have been on for two years and if so what can I do to relieve this freaking itching. It is seriously driving me crazy!!!! I have RA and Osteoarthritis and have been unable to take NSAIDS due to being allergic to them and breaking out in very itchy rashes. Now I just take 800 mg of Ibuprofen and Hydrocodone and I am breaking out in these very itchy rashes again. Can someone please tell me what to do to ease them and can you develop an allergic reaction to Hydrocodone after two years of use. These rashes are very miserable and I get them on my head, legs, torso and chest. Someone please help me as the Dr.'s don't seem to be able to do anything to ease this aggravation I have on a daily basis. PLEASE HELP
