in an american presidential election, is there any law preventing a nominee from appointing their spouse (dollar dollar bill clinton) as their running mate/ potential VP?

my $30 dollar phone is gps equipped...so why wouldnt a 777 jet be so equipped? if not, i gotta think at least one passenger had a device that was gps enabled...even if the phone was destroyed by impact or explosion, there should be a record of where the device was up until this point in time....thanks!

gps should be traceable at least up the the point the plane presumably went under water....

i am a huge tigers fan. i was excited to see that my cable service includes FSD channel. however, every scheduled tigers game on that network, is blacked out. they usually show something lame like lacrosse or volleyball during the game instead. i live in indianapolis and my cable provider is brighthouse networks. how can i possibly be in the blackout area for detroit?? its much farther away than chicago or cincinatti and i can catch those games no problem...in fact if the tigers are playing chicago away, i can almost always catch the game...

what gives??

neighbor's tree fell on my detached garage. damaged most of the roof, and caused the whole structure to lean a couple of inches to the left. my insurance paid me for the repairs, but not for a tear down and rebuild.

contractor i hired said he could straighten the garage back up before he put the new roof on and stated this in the contract that i signed.

they did the work while i was at work. i got home and the repairs were done but the garage still leans exactly as it did before....i feel that a major aspect of the repair has been neglected, and i'm not too satisfied with the result. i'm still going to have to find a way to straighten the garage again, or get my insurance to pay for the rebuild.

i can't sell my property with the garage looking like that...how would YOU proceed with this contractor. he has sent me the bill...

any advice is appreciated

okay real estate insurance experts.....here goes:

my neighbors tree fell on my garage last july. my insurance paid me the money (minus my deductible) to have the damage repaired. however, i have decided to rip down the garage and build a nice shed there instead, since i really only used the garage to store my lawnmower anyway...

when my insurance paid me the check it was written to both me and my mortgager. i had to take it to them to cosign for the money, and they made me sign a bunch of papers first. i seem to remember signing papers agreeing to repair the garage with the money.

what penalty will i suffer if i tear down the damaged garage instead of rebuilding like i said i would? are they going to want their money back??

i recently inherited a 1999 usa fender deluxe stratocaster. the serial # is DN917715. it is black with a maple fretboard...

the stock pickups have all been replaced:

neck and center positions have fender "fat 50's"

bridge position has a gibson "burstbucker"

the pickups are all chrome covered, also the one of the tone knobs has been removed and the volume moved down a notch. the way its wired now, there is one "master" tone knob and one master volume knob....

the guitar is in really good condition...

i know this is a decent guitar, but how much is it worth?...i was surprised when i researched the current price of new "deluxe" stratocasters....

i drive a big delivery truck with another employee. the truck is very old and has numerous problems that keep it in the shop very often. last week the brakes failed while i was driving it! also, my delivery partner and often shows up for his shift in the morning very drunk has a severe drinking problem and i think he has diabetes which is untreated. i am worried about him,. and his ability to drive the truck safely. i would like to quit this job before it gets me killed, but i need unemployment claim to get me through financially until i find another job. i live in indiana.....please offer me any advice you can! thanks and god bless

i was originally on 20 mg of paxin every day and i slept well. since switching to the generic paroxetine hcl my insomnia has returned and appetite gone away too. feels like my depression is coming back. are these equal dosages of the same drug?

i would asssume there will be a long period of time between the extinction of man and the demise of our solar system.....what will be the last evidence that we were here on earth and how long will it take to finally be gone? we have built things far underground, etc.....i would think it would take hundreds of thousands of years for all the underground stuff to be gone.........really long geological time....

the medicine worked great before, but i can't afford the exam fees at the moment. how can i get my dogs ear treated?
