What kind of tree has intensely fragrant flowers in the spring?
It's a very large tall tree that provides deep shade and the flower panicles are white. The fragrance is so intense our entire street is scented for almost 2 weeks every year.

I put it in the files because there are 3 items the creator said we needed. I really wanted it to be on the homepage so they'd be able to access it quickly and easily. Even if I delete something in the description, how can these things go in the description? Maybe I'm being thick?
