  • Diet pills that really work?

I am really struggling to lost weight. I only drink water and only consume between 1200-1500 calories a day. I also work out 5 days a week. I'm wanting to lose 20lbs and wanted to know if anyone has had success with diet pills? If so, which one did you use, how much weight did you lose with it, and how long did it take to lose the weight?

    Please only serious answers!!

  • Unexplained weight gain in my midsection?

I'm a 34 y/o female. When I was pregnant with my 3rd child I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. After my son was born my blood sugar levels continued to be high. Eventually I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It wasn't bad enough for insulin, but I do take metformin once a day (small dosage). I have since stopped drinking soda (I was drinking several Mt Dew's a day). I now only drink water, at least 80-100oz each day. I am also on a 1200-1500 calorie diet. In the last four months I have gained almost 20 pounds, all in my abdomen. I have been very tired and usually ready to go to bed by 8:00pm. I am not pregnant because I have an IUD. I'm confused because I have been diabetic for three years now and the sudden weight gain has been in the last four months.

  • 7 year old daughter still pooping in her pants?

My 7 year old daughter (will be 8 in June) is still pooping in her pants. I don't know what else to do anymore. I'm pretty sure that she knows when she has to go because she will run off and hide. I've even seen her face get really red a few times so I rush her to the bathroom really fast. I asked her doctor about it when she was 5 and he told me that she will grow out of it. Well she's almost 8 and it's still going on. I've tried putting her in the corner, taking things away from her and even grounding her and nothing seems to work. Some people said that it may be because me and her father got divorced but the this was already a problem before that so I don't think that has anything to do with it. If someone could please give me some advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!!
