Wife wanted me to pull down the ceiling fan/light from the dining room and put up a light she got from Lowes.

So I thought it would be easy.. nope.. ran into a quinky dink... i'm not a home wiring guru, so this wiring config baffles me.

Dining room has two switches on the wall. One switch powers the light outside the back door. The other switch powers the light in the dining room. Then on the dining room ceiling is the octagon box. Apparently there is only one line running from the breaker here, that somehow was configured to both switches.. to allow each light to turn on independently. The octagon box has the 3 sets of wires running to it.

Its regular 3 wire, wiring. Black(hot), Neutral(white) and ground(bare copper).

So.. any gurus know how I would wire this up? I should have really took notes, before I ripped the celing fan out.

This is how my team, so far, looks this year. Right now Matt Holliday is on the DL, and it appears he was put back in the lineup now.

So.. I have a decision to make, if I were to put Matt Holliday back on my fantasy active roster. I will be over the roster limit so someone would have to go.

Got a 1100 sq foot , two level townhome.

It doesn't take very long to cool.. five to ten minutes at the most..

I've noticed after a day of running... the ac unit will not run and i've noticed a flashing light on our thermostat..

From what I understand.. this indicates that compressor short-cicuit protection .. and it will be a minimum of five minutes before cooling can start again..

But. sometimes it is longer than five minutes.. sometimes it is an hour or so..

So. could it be possible that by running it in quick "on and off" cycles, that it gets to a point where the compressor relay just says "no way".. and waits a while to kick on.. to protect the ac unit..

Could it be a bad relay? Or is it possible that our AC unit is too large for our townhome?

Been working in the telecommunications / information technology field for ten years. I'm 33 years old; also an Army veteran with 8 yrs of service.

I'm becoming "bored" with the I.T. industry as a whole.

What are the hot career fields that would provide some "recession proof" stability?

Do I bite on the deal? This could potentially give me more depth at wide receiver. I'm looking decent on the running back position with Frank Gore, Reggie Bush and Adrian Peterson.

Who thinks Ellis is worth a long term deal?

Since he is on the brink of his career, it appears he is just trying to cash in on a big payday. The Cowboys have positioned themselves very well; Ellis would not be missed if he were to stop playing today.
