Is it okay to kiss my boyfriend who has tonsillitis?
My boyfriend has had a sore throat for a few days and was diagnosed with tonsillitis today. I am seeing him in 2 days and was wondering whether it was okay for me to kiss him? Also if we arent able to kiss is it still okay to have sex and for me to go down on him seeing as I wouldnt be coming into contact with any of his saliva?
5 AnswersInfectious Diseases1 decade agoCan I be pregnant if the condom broke and...?
Yesterday my boyfriend and I were having sex, we heard a noise and checked immediately and the condom had broken, so we changed and used a different one until we were finished, and he didnt ejaculate inside me. My boyfriend was worried that even though he didnt ejaculate inside me I could still become pregnant because the condom broke.
Today (the day after), I got my period, so does this mean that I am definitely not going to become pregnant from this?
4 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agois it okay to wear a rosary as jewelry?
I am going to an '80s prom' themed party, and I was thinking of wearing rosary beads as a necklace like was made popular by Madonna in the 80s. The only problem is that I am a bit concerned that this would be seen as disrespectful to the religion and I don't want anyone to be offended by me wearing it. I don't think I would ever wear one normally, but as it will be part of a costume do you think it would be okay?
I have been christened and technically I am a catholic, however do not practice the religion.

1 AnswerYouTube1 decade agowhat happens with regrowth and foils?
A bit over a month ago I had 3/4 head of light brown foils put in my dark brown hair, so I now have around an inch of regrowth, sorry if this is a dumb question but to have the regrowth done will I have to get foils all over my head again or will they only do the foils on the regrowth? I was also considering going a little lighter maybe getting 1/2 head of a slightly lighter shade foils, but if I get this over my hair as it is now will the line where my current foils have grown out to still be visible?
Thanks :-)
2 AnswersHair1 decade agodying hair light brown from dark brown only roots changed colour?
My natural hair colour is dark brown but I have had it dyed a medium brown colour, then decided to dye it back to dark brown, it is almost black. I bought an ultra lightening medium light brown hair dye and used it on my hair but nothing really happened except for on the roots, now they are lighter and the rest of my hair is the same. I really want to fix it tomorrow because then it is christmas and new year and I wont have a chance to do it again until next year, I also wouldnt be able to go to the hairdresser until next year. I really dont want to dye it black I want it to be light brown what can I do? If I buy a light brown hair dye and use it but dont put any on my roots will it work? Do I need to bleach my hair and then put light brown dye after that?
2 AnswersHair1 decade agoplease help with a statistics question?
Flour is delivered to a bakery in buckets which, according to the label contain 20kg of flour. On average the buckets weigh 0.25kg, we assume all buckets weigh exactly 0.25kg.
On one occasion scales were used to measure the weight (X) of 12 randomly selected buckets, the measurements were found to have a mean of 20.16kg and a standard deviation of 0.19kg.
Let Y represent the weight of flour only in such a bucket (X - 0.25 = Y)
Calculate the mean and standard deviation of the 12 weights of flour only (Y)
Please help. I get that the mean is mean(X) - 0.25 = 19.91kg
but I dont know how to find the standard deviation because if I take 0.25 from the standard deviation of X it will be a negative number.. so please help! and if you help it would be handy if you show what you did rather than just writing the answer but any help will be good :)
