Does the return address have to be in the city I'm dropping the mail off to?

For example let's say I live in Hollywood so that's where I'd want the package returned, but let's say I use package pick up services but I want the package picked up in Beverly Hills (20 minutes away but both in LA County)

Can I do this?

I went to a modeling competition recently and I got call backs from IMG, Elite, NY models, LA models, and Wilhelmina. I have visits with them very soon and I'm still trying to figure out which one is right for me. IMG is like the top because they have represented so many successful models, however I checked their website and it seems that they represent hundreds upon hundreds of models, and i'm wondering if I will get the attention I need since I'm a new model. Elite, of course is good, but I heard they take a crazy cut of models pay and I know a lot of famous people left elite and moved to img like Gisele and Tyra. NY models is a fairly new agency and they have represented models who have good careers but no supermodels. LA models, because I live in LA and that makes sense, but LA isn't really a high fashion market. Wilhelmina of course a good well-known agency but I heard they are mostly good for males. Anyway (sorry i talked a lot) but what are your opinions on these agencies? Thanks in advance!!

seriiously it sounds weird but if you think about it

because they can never clean it 100%
