  • does Microsoft office 2010 expire if it came with an HP laptop?

I keep getting a prompt to activate my Office software, but it came with a computer that I bought new in fall of 2011. I entered the key on the bottom of the laptop, but it's saying that it's not correct. Was the office I got on the computer an extended trial because I've had it for about 18 months now?

  • Is boxing dying or making a comeback?

Are the network broadcasts of late a sign of boxing becoming popular again like in the 80's, or is it a last, desperate attempt to rejuvenate the dying sport?

  • Is it possible, Marquez vs. Broner at 140?

Many thought the difference between Mayweather and Marquez was the size difference. Of course there's a speed difference also, but at least with Broner vs. Marquez there will only be a speed difference, not a size difference. Marquez went into the ring at 148 vs. Pacquiao, and Broner went into the ring at 147 in his last fight. They are both 5'7". Do we have a good fight here, or am I still high on the Marquez win that I'm not thinking straight?

  • Is there an interest in Tim Bradley vs. Juan Marquez now?

Oddly enough, it seems that Bradley's win over Pacquiao has actually hurt his career. I don't know why that has happened, but the biggest win in Bradley's career has resulted in no talk about him, no coverage, and no one is calling him out like many people have been calling out FLoyd and Pacquiao over the years. Amir Khan even called out FLoyd Mayweather before his KO loss to Garcia. While I don't think Bradley beat Pacquiao, I'm actually a Tim Bradley fan, and I'd like to see him fight.

  • Have you ever had to accept that your favorite fighter is/was no longer the best?

My favorite fighter is Roy Jones, and I could not accept his KO loss to Tarver in 04'. I thought he had an off night, or he didn't train hard enough and struggled to make weight, etc. I made excuses for him. After his KO loss to the road warrior Glen Johnson what was already clear to other people (after the two Tarver fights) was finally clear to me. Roy was no longer what he was. He would never be "Roy Jones" in the ring again, and I felt a little old having witnessed his entire career from Olympics to those losses. Anyone else have a similar experience?

  • If Mikey Garcia wins tonight, what's next?

A few years ago he said he wanted to fight Gamboa. At what point will the Garcia team think he's ready? Or is it more Gamboa wanting to fight a more well known fighter than Garcia?

  • Is is possible for Broner to match up against Rios?

Broner stepped into the ring at 147 lbs in his last fight. Rios stepped into the ring at 149 or 150 when he fought Alvarado. These young men are very close to the same size. Is there a possible match up here?

  • Why have there been no talks of Bradley fighting Floyd Mayweather?

It seemed obvious to me that Bradley's next fight was going to be Pacquiao after the decision that left most boxing fans a little upset, but Pac chose a different fight. With Bradley being a current 147 lb title holder why have there been no discussions of Mayweather fighting Bradley? While I think it would be a decent fight, I really don't think Bradley could beat Floyd, but I suppose Bradley has as good a chance as Berto. To me it seems the welterweight division is geting a bit stale, and at least Bradley is a fresh addition to the division.

  • How can I get sound back on my HP laptop?

I had sound a few hours ago, but now none at all. I've searched some forums, and I've found that some people have sound through headphones, but my itunes will not even play at all through headphones or speakers. I tried putting in a cd as well, and the media player cannot play it. the itunes thing at the top that displays the length of the song stays at 0.00 when I try to play a song. Any ideas?

  • What piano books are good for adult beginners? I want to play old school jazz.?

I played a little piano a few years ago, but I've forgotten a lot. What I always struggled with was bass notes with the left hand, like in a song like Take 5 for instance. I can't play the rythem and melody at the same time. And that's a problem because I really want to play jazz like Jelly Roll Morton.

  • Are there other boxers training at FLoyd's gym or is it closed when he's not training?

I know his gym is private, but I dodn't know if it's still in operation when he's retired like now.

  • how can I get a job teaching English overseas?

I've heard about these kind of jobs, but I really don't know where to go for information. My preference would be Greece, so that I could also learn Greek. Also possibly Hungary or Russia.

I have a degree from University of Kansas and I'll have a Masters this May, but both of my degrees are in Art, and there is zero job placement for anything art related here at LSU.

  • Which Clarinet should I buy? A yamaha 34 or Buffet E11?

  • Clarinet Yamaha 34 or Buffet E11?

I'm looking for a good wooden clarinet that's good and I know these are similar in cost. Usually between $300 and $400 used. I have two student plastic clarinets now, but I want a real wooden one. Is one better for jazz or classical? Thanks

  • is it okay to start out on tenor instead of alto?

I've played some trumpet so I'm more familiar with playing in Bb. That was my only reasoning for wanting to start on tenor sax. And I love COltrane and Joe Henderson. I also love SOnny Stitt and Jackie Mclean. Thank you all.

  • Does Uncle Roger still think that Pacquiao is on drugs?

I just listened to this interview

    http://www.ontheropesboxingradio.com/wordpress/201...

Roger is now saying he wants Floyd to fight Manny, but why now? Do drugs have anything to do with it, or is Pacquiao's performance look like maybe now's the time to fight Manny? It just seemed like the opportunity has been there for quite some time, and what is it that now is the time. I really don't know. I remember in 89' when Leonard and Duran fought for the 3rd time, and it wasn't a good fight.

  • boxing memories that stand out?

Lately I've been thinking about Roy Jones loss in the Olympics. I'm from Pensacola, and it was a huge deal for us to have Roy competing in the Olympics, especially for the Gold. I was only 12, so I didn't really know boxing well, but I remember my Dad being pretty amped about the fight, and he was pretty certain Roy would win the Gold. Me and my Dad were sitting on the bed in his room, watching the fight on the tv in there. I can't remember why we weren't in the living room. When the fight was over, everyone knew Roy won, and his Dad was beaming in the stands. Then I was confused because the next thing I saw was Roy puttting his face in a towel. My Dad for real fell front ways off the bed on to his knees, and he looked like he was pleading with the television. It was disbelief. He was arguing with the tv.

It's a weird debate, but I've tried to prove to people that boxing is the best sport. Can this be done?

  • Can anyone suggest some boxing reading/biography?

I'm currently reading "The Gloves" by Robert Anasi, and I've read the Hands of Stone book about Duran. All of my other books are general boxing history books/photography based books, and of course RIng Magazine. Is the Mickey Ward book any good? Thanks

  • Is it fair to say that Ortiz is a tune-up fight for Floyd?

Ortiz has the 1 fight in question when he quit in his bout with Maidana. Is that fight still keeping him from being seen as a threat despite his recent victories? Is Ortiz a real threat to Floyd? Has Ortiz consented to being drug-tested? Thanks in advance.
