Do people have the right to overthrow the US government if it endangers the US Constitution?
I thought I remember reading somewhere that the people of the United States have the authority to protect the US Constitution and the freedoms it gives, even from the US Government itself. True statement or not? If so, where in our laws is this stated?

I'm looking into starting a career, but I'm having trouble being rid of this thing. Do I not tell the recruiter, go through the physical, take the ASVAB, and get it removed surgically (since antibiotics haven't done a damn thing) so I'm ready in the 6 months it takes to get to Basic? Or do I inform the recruiter and let him know I'm getting it removed during the wait for Basic?
