I am considering doing all of these but i want to do the one i will be best at. I did cross country and my best meet time was 8:25 per mile. I do speed work once to twice a week( 6 400 meters; 1min recovry). Which would i be best at?!

Also my per minute mile is around 9 minutes and I can run a 400 in 1:40 or less. Which should i do short or long and what event?

My shoes smell REALLY bad because i ran in the rain. I bought sneaker balls(shoe airfresheners) and they still smell awful. Any tips on how to make them smell better?
