I wouldn't say I'm an extremely emotional person, but recently I've been crying over everything, even the things that are supposed to make me happy, don't. I haven't had much of an appetite, I feel like me and my boyfriend have grown apart, I've talked to him about it and he disagrees but he's been saying I've been distant, what's wrong with me:/

I'm female size 4 1/2-5 and don't wanna spend too much, I looked on Clark's and they're £85, please help me:)x

I'm 15 years old and been having periods for 4 years, I've missed my period a couple of times before, I came off my last one around the 14th of January but started on the 1st (I started using tampons which caused my period to stop for 7 days then start again on the 7th day, I thought I caused a blood clot or something) I'm not sure whether I've missed it or it's for th reason with the tampons, I've also recently started exercising more and I've gained half a stone more? Please help x

Usually from waking up too late, when I forget to set an alarm I just randomly wake up in shock and fear, is it possible to get panic attacks from this?

We talk till 3 in the morning sometimes and he seems to reply quickly, he told me to go away once so I said okay and he said no please don't, I have a crush on him and we talk a lot he says 'marry me;)xxxxx' sometimes:/ and I always start the conversation and I'm not sure whether he's not interested or just doesn't want to talk to me??:/x

Me and My crush (lets call him bob) were talking and all of a sudden my ex (let's call him peter) messaged me and asked to see me on Saturday so I told bob and he usually puts 'xxxxxxx' and that went down to 'xx' and then he said congrats& brb with none and he hasn't came back although it said he was active 20 mins ago and I've just checked that he's active now, why is he ignoring me? :( please help!! X

He sent me the message this morning, I did not receive it till after school, my friend came up to me telling me he's going to finish me, we have been together on and off over a year now, he had the chance to end it all day, however he didnt and I was clueless the whole day!!! He kept walking off and acted different, an he asked me not to hate him!! He's been off with me all week says that we aren't Woking out and that we shouldn't be together, should I be angry with him or not?? He's hurt me before and I don't want to be friends with him.. After all he was my best friend and boyfriend!!! I can't go from that to friend :( advice???

I am doing a report on 3 different websites and I need an introduction, I have written the title 'identifying components&features of different websites' I don't really want to start my introduction by saying 'I am going to talk about' or 'my report is about' I have no idea how to start it, the websites are bbc, Leicester tigers and my schools Facebook page, its a written report not a spoken one. X

I've never seen her except from when I was little, only recently I added her on fb after all she is my cousin, and I saw her in sainsburys, I didn't think she would recognise me, but while I was looking at the skin care products I heard her talking to her daughter, I looked over and she smiled at me, I smiled back and felt like crying ( I am really bad at socialising, I can't talk to people) I really wish I went over to talk to her, should I message her on Facebook? What would I say? I really want to talk to her but I doubt she will reply :( any suggestions on what I should say, she probably got the impression I was avoiding her as I walked off, but I didn't want to get all embarrassed or red :/ please help x

I've shared a room with her for a few months now, she's 5 I'm 14 (almost 15) and when I was on my own, I had my own tv and sky box, that was bought for me and now we have to share that, also I am not aloud in my own room after 9pm!!! I literally get kicked out and I don't find this fair at all, she wakes me up really early I don't exactly check the time but probably 5 or 6 in the morning! And I tell her to be quiet but she carries on playing, I couldn't sleep at all last night and I don't see how she's aloud to keep coming in and out while I am sleeping and I'm no aloud in while she is!! I actually hate my life so much now, I miss having my own room! I had privacy, I can't even get dressed in my room, people who have their own room should feel lucky, how do I tell my parents I do not like sharing a room? They always say that I've had my own room for 13 years, but yeah now I'm 14... I wouldn't mind if she was 2 years younger or older but she's 9 and a half years younger and so annoying! Please help me :(

I've been with him on and off for 14 months almost 15 and our last breakup he annoyed me and bla bla bla and then as soon as I moved on he came back to me, I still really liked him although he hurt me a lot during our last breakup anyway he was so sweet, he was sending lots of 'xxxx' like we used to and then we got really close again, and we are together, we got back together in June and past month or so, I feel like we are just friends, he doesn't call me, ask me how my day was, we hardly see each other, we used to text 24/7 now it's like 10 messages a day, he says he loves me when we say goodnight, does he mean it? Sometimes I get the vibe that he is bored of me:/ it's like a casual relationship almost like friends, I can't go a day without missing him or messaging him, but I do things while I wait for replies, I feel that being single is easier however it wouldn't be?? What should I do please help me!!! :/

Last night I had a dream I was attracted to a girl (I am a girl) however I did not know this girl and I have a boyfriend I talked to my best friend about this she said it doesn't mean anything I never thought I was 100% attracted to girls but the girl in my dream I was, is this normal? Does anyone else ever get the feeling in your chest that is like a warm kinda weird sensation and it makes me feel like crying, like I need someone to hug and when I do it's the best feeling in the world, but I now sleep with a comforter, just to keep the feeling away, is this normal? This is a serious question, it's just I've read the ingredients and I've researched it but it said some are vegetarian and some aren't, mine doesn't say if its suitable or not, I don't understand how it wouldn't be though, btw I am quite new to being a vegetarian, please help and answer xox thank you

I dyed my hair with a wash out. 28 shampoos l'oreal dark chocolate and my natural hair colour is dark blonde with light tones and natural blonde highlights near the front of my face, and it's been almost 7 months since I've dyed my hair and I've got roots although my roots are a lot darker than my hair before I dyed it and It had turned a light brown/ginger colour with blonde in my fringe and I would love to get my natural hair colour back without damaging my hair, I have tried using lemon juice in the sun but left my hair oranger and I've used honey mask and made it a bit lighter but it took so long, any suggestions on what I should do??? :(

We have been on and off and he says he doesn't feel the same as he used to about me, he said he only 'likes' me and doesn't love me but he says he does and he jokes around to much like he will say 'don't trust her' or 'I don't care about her' then says he was joking and I forgive him, the thing is I don't want to be with someone who doesn't care and says one thing and then says the other; he's really confusing me :(
