Hi, so today I was just at my school (I m 18) and finished tennis training. For some reason after I just started crying and couldn t stop, naturally my coach was concerned, but I couldn t tell him what was wrong. I was literally crying for over an hour and a half, and it got to the point where I had to sit down I was crying so much.

Just generally recently I ve been through a lot, I was bullied as a kid by kids and my teacher, and when i finally moved schools and made friends, I only made a few and they had issues like depression and self harm, which was hard for me to watch them struggle. Lately I ve just been getting really stressed and I feel tired almost all the time.

Is this normal or is there something wrong?

My elbow keeps on having this sharp pain like it needs to be cracked, however it does not need to be cracked. It only happens however when I play tennis, and it only starts hurting after around half an hour of playing.

Does anyone know what this could be?

I can't talk about my feelings or anything like that whenever anyone asks me I just freeze and i ignore the question. If someone then asks again I literally can't speak. I have never been abused or anything, just bullied. I am 16 but I have always had the problem.

A few year ago I went to family counselling but only for 2 sessions because I wouldn't talk. Why can't I talk about my feelings?

I have always just kept them inside, I never tell anyone if I'm stressed or anything, or what's gaining on in my life. It's not that I don't want to either, I just literally cannot!

on my spread sheet I need to enter the same data twice in a row, but I need a formulae to prevent the same data being entered a third time, but I only know how to do the rule for twice.

I have a field in my database called Cost Price. I need to created a field called Delivered Price which is the Cost Price + 10% of the Cost Price. This new field has to be calculated at run time during query, does anyone have any idea how to do this?

i just got a new hamster, and i need to start handelling hin, but he sleeps in his tube, and i can't get him out! he can't be bribed with treats either! any ideas how to get him out?

I just got a new hamster, and he is 9 weeks old. I have had him for just over 24 hours, and he sleeps in his tube. He won't sleep anywhere else at the moment, and he falls down the tube, and therefore consistently wakes up. He has a little house, but hasn't been inside. how can I get his to come out of the tube? will he eventually find his little house, or should I block the tube with something?

My mom keeps asking what I want for my 16th birthday, she won't just give me cash, it has to be a present, and I can be basically any price. I don't want an iPad or clothes, I want something different! What can I get? And I live in the uk so I can't get a car!

Ok, so long story short I was mad because I have spent over 8 hours uploading CDs onto my moms computer and then her phone for her, and all she did was complain, and she has become increasingly annoying, so today she ordered me to turn off my music and put hers on, we were in the middle of a game, and I hadn't provoked her, and I got annoyed because I was more than happy to do it, but she didn't even say please, and she has been doing that a lot. So tonight I refused to go and play a game with her on my iPad in the dark outside, which we tend to do, and she got really annoyed. But night is the only time she asks to spend time with me, the rest of the time she's on the phone talking to people who she has more interest in I guess. So at night at about 10 is the only time she wants me around because no one answers the phone. And so I had my IPad, and I wanted to upload a few songs onto my computer which would take 5 minutes, so when she asked to use it I said hang on, and she started screening at me, ordering to give her my iPad! So I walked downstairs and tossed it on the stair below me, and she picked it up and goes this is mine now! It's my iPad, my dad bought it for me when I was 12, 3 years ago, and I don't think this is fair! I even have her my old laptop so she could work outside which btw she only complained about! Is this unfair, or is it just me?

Please answer! I know it's long, sorry, but don't have anyone on my side, it's only my siter my mom and I, and my sister and my mom are against me and they started making fun of me!

I am 15 years old, female, and I don't have a lot of confidence in groups of people whether I know them or not. I am fine with family, but even with friends I have no confidence, my friend used to be the same, but she had an eating disorder and stuff, and went to therapy. I don't want to go to therapy or anything, I don't have the confidence to even ask! I don't even have the confidence to tell people my feelings, not even my family! I never talk about how I feel, and if other people do I get awkward and embarrassed. What can I do to become more confident?

I am 15, and I have no storage space in my room, I have a very small room, and I only have a bed, a chest, a wardrobe and a small desk, and nothing else will fit. My mom won't let me get rid of anything, and I have a lot of stuff. My clothes are all in my wardrobe, and the draws don't open properly in the chest, and my desk only has one small draw. I have lots of school books, normal books, and just stuff, and nowhere to put it, so my room is very messy, and I hate it! anyone have any ideas about what I could do to get more storage? no boxes will fit in my room either, and there is only about a 5 mm gap under my bed!
