Name this film - if you can.?
OK, this is a long shot and there are scant details to go on. My wife claims to have watched a film fitting this description with me, but I'm sure I'd remember it. Anyway, here goes.
My wife recalls a scene where a monkey steals some jewelery from a house and is pursued into the jungle. One of the people following the monkey finds a strange stone and picks it up - leaving markings on his hand.
The stone is linked to a curse, the monkey is actually a person who was previously cursed. The curse now afflicts others who touch the stone, turning them into animals.
Among these my wife recalls a woman who is turned into a snake - and subsequently gets thrown into a glass tank and captured there.
In the end the curse is broken (with the woman still in the tank) and they all live happily ever after, kinda thing.
Now I'm usually pretty good with movies but this thing has me stumped. I've tried a variety of keyword searches on IMDB but to no avail. Is this even a real movie?
5 AnswersMovies1 decade agoAirplane II - Wrestlers - Is that Eddie?
There's a scene in the movie Airplane II, where there is a panic among the passengers and mixed among the action are a couple of wrestlers.
I watched this movie for the first time in ages this week and noticed someone who looked an awful lot like Eddie Guerrero.
Now, there's no credits for the wrestlers at the end of the film and I've checked IMDB and likewise it doesn't credit any of the wrestlers.
So, does anybody out there know if that is indeed the late, great Mr Guerrero and if not, who are those wrestlers?
5 AnswersWrestling1 decade agoHow can I watch the FA Cup Final in China?
I'm currently working in China, and can't find if the national or local TV stations are intending to carry Saturday's FA Cup final (Not too unrealistic, there is a lot of foreign sport shown here).
However, given the 8-hour time lag, and the fact I don't live in an area where I can get foreign cable or satellite shows I'm not sure the best way to catch this. I'd like to avoid streaming video over the internet if possible.
(I'm in the city of Shenyang, by the way)
