watching Harry Potter and was wondering

Today he threw his shoe at me and didn't get in trouble, but when I yelled back, I did. So i need a way to annoy him with no injury or saying mean things. He is 13, plays video games (I can't scratch them, my older brother already did that and it was bad..). He always needs attention, and my parents refuse to beleive he can do anything wrong. I need to torment him mentally, I just can't think how.

I have already tried ignoring and that was bad...

My cousin lives in Norway and I want to get her a webcam for her birthday so we can talk over IM. I want to know if I have to get her a special kind or if a USB webcam will work. Thanks!

I don't know how it got set but every time someone calls my phone they have to listen to horrible classical music. Does anyone know how I can take this music off so they just hear the standard ring?

I have trouble finding jeans in my size, and when I do they are what designers call "premium" Denim, and go for $100-$200 a pair, thus I only have a few pairs. It is getting to be winter and my jeans are getting short. I need a place where I can get 24 waist, 36 inseam jeans that aren't skinny jeans. I know Delias has some but anywhere else anyone knows?
