  • Wrongful eviction how to correct? I recently found out I have an eviction on my record yet have never been?

evicted. I have broken two leases, and always moved out by the 30th. I had one mailed to me from a previous apartment complex and I called their attorney and they said they would take care of it (as I had already moved and had a signed lease to prove it) and inform their client that the eviction could not take place but I was still being sued for breaking the lease. I didn't go to court which in hindsight I should have and now have an eviction on my record even though they had already entered the premesis before the 30 day period how can I get this off my record?

  • Would you consider me a BYB?

Since you all have different opinions on a byb I thought Id ask. I don't consider myself a backyard breeder but more of a hobby breeder.

I own three AKC registered cocker spaniels. They are bred every other heat cycle. I am there when the puppies are born opening placentas and cutting umbillical cords. Until their eyes are open they stay in my bedroom so I can keep an eye on them they are weighed daily and bottle feed if they aren't gaining weight fast enough and i trim their nails. By this time most of mine are sold. I have a waiting list at all times. I announce the litter and people usually pick out their pup via email through pics since I won't let anyone see them until they are older. Once they all open their eyes they go in the doggy room. My puppies are on a schedule at two weeks they are handled three times a day for 5-10 minutes each to get them used to human touch. Week three I start doing sound stimulus i.e. vacumm noises slamming books etc and getting them used to being

  • Ex roomates stuff still at my house a month and a half later what can I do?

Shes not on the lease and moved in for a month and a half. She moved out mid January leaving behind 4 giant bags of trash which of course I picked up dog poop all over her floor a kitty litter box full of cat poop with a side of cat poop on the closet wall. Furniture wise she left behind a couch that smells like cat urine a queen size bed a bed frame and a computer desk. She keeps saying shes going to get the stuff but hasn't. She was not on the lease. I have no where to put her stuff without it getting destroyed (water in the basement) and the couch has been stinking up my front room. Can I charge her a cleaning fee and storage fee equivilent to the rent she paid (I can't move a roomate in because I can't move her furniture anywhere)? Or can I dump her stuff? I don't want to get in trouble legally but I just can't believe I have to let her stuff stay here as long as she wants free of charge even storage units get to auction off stuff!

  • I lost someone elses dog what do I do?

I had her here to breed. Shes of a very nice line of cocker spaniels and has great conformation so don't say anything aobut not breeding. the male is a champion male so I don't want to hear it. This is the first time Ive studded him out and the female was supposed to go home on saturday but she got out friday night. Shes no longer flagging or in heat so no chance of her being bred again. Her owner said she couldn't jump the puppy gate but I know charlie can so when I saw a red and white cocker greet us at the door I assumed it was charlie since he usally comes and greets us and follows us inside. We had come back from dinner and a couple friends and us were going to watch a movie but anyways she slipped outside and charlie was behind the gate. My phone isn't working properly so I can't call but Ive informed her via email. Im so close to having a nervous breakdown due to this. We almost caught her yesterday but she bit me and I couldn't hold onto her. (I didn't know she had temperment

My cocker ***** just had 5 puppies a week ago. My spayed cat lol just had a kitten last night ( I adopted her from an animal shelter) Well the mama cat isn't doing anything with the kitten. Since I have a lactating dog already would it hurt or help the little kitten to stay with her!

  • When should I start advertising my pups?

My cocker is due in about 26 days. I want to make sure I have homes for them before theyre old enough to leave. I'm expecting brown, black, and brown and white, black and white. Shes expecting 7 puppies. My two dogs don't have there OFA or Cerf yet since they aren't old enough should I just send them a copy of the results when they hit two. The sire will turn two in november and the dam will turn two in december. This breeding was a total accident. I already have my contracts, Return Only Contract and a spay/neuter contract. Iwant to make sure the puppies find a good home. What questions should I ask? Would it be to much to ask to see the dog at least once a year to make sure they are taken care of? I don't want these puppies to end up in shelters. BTW after researching more about breeding I decided to get Charlie neutered he is too tall and his eyes aren't shaped right

  • Showing questions?

I have been looking to see if there are classes that teach you how to handle your dogs. I'm going to do some match shows to gain some expirence before buying a show dog. My dogs are show quality but they are 2 and 1 and I don't think they would enjoy doing it all the time and they are going to be for practice with grooming and stacking. Also should I go ahead and get a good citizen certification for them since they have to learn it anyways for the match shows? Any advice from people who show would be greatly appreciated

  • Recently my male cocker spaniel has been getting food aggressive could this be an adverse affect of mating?

My male got my female the other day. I have an appointment for her in a month to confirm pregnancy (cross my fingers she isn't) and invested in fancy pants (the underwear garments for dogs in heat) to provide two lines of defense next time she goes in season. I don't want to hear anything about how breeding is bad I will report you if you do. Back to my question. Today Charlie was in his kennel due to the whole heat situation and he started growling at the other dogs when they came near him (He had just been feed) . I stuck my had through the bars of the kennel and started messing with his food and he growled at me but when i said his name he immediantly backed off. Is this just a result of breeding him? Could there be something wrong with him physically? Is it temporary? IS it because Lady is in heat?

  • My nine month Cocker spaneil accidently tied with my male they were connect for about 8 mins is she pregnant?

This was a complete accident the were only near eachother for 2 minutes before they tied. I sprayed them with cold water and it didn't stop. What are the chances of pregnancy i can't find it on the internet. Is there a way to get rid of the puppies without spaying her (Im planning on showing her) ?
