There was old couple in front of me taking a really long time... I kept well back and said excuse me, the woman turned round, spluttered, then starting insulting me calling me an ignorant git etc... for a long time, to all the other passengers. I was pretty embarrassed, told her to shut up a couple of times then went home. Now it's ruined my lovely day. lol

I'm making a small roast beef joint, am gonna slice some up to use for sandwiches. Would it be easier to slice it hot or wait for it to go cold?

Why would god hate gays, or christians why do some of you view them as an abomination?

Here's my premise - it's considered an abomination because it's a sterile embrace, a waste of precious reproductive seed. In this case, why is all contraception not considered a sin in the same way? Please explain, or give me another reason than that I have stated.

To any true believers out there, I'm wondering how long have you believed in God? When in your life did you discover and learn about Him and how?

I'm just curious, not being antagonistic, but how can one be sure 100% that the universe & existence is entirely naturally occurring, i.e. not created by "some form of" supreme being.

Now I believe all religions are nonsense solely because, frankly, the chances of them being bang on the mark are ludicrous, impossible. But how can we be so sure no creator (possibly well beyond the limits of our understanding) does not exist? Does lack of proof equal proof of non existence? I'd be interested if someone can explain their viewpoint to me.

devout christians, say you were born in another country & raised under a different religion, I think it seems likely you'd be as insistent your religion was truth, do you? Do you believe you would convert to christianity & if so why?

It is obvious it will help her sleep or at least relax when upset, I don't want to hear any horror stories thank you! Just for example, is it more hassle than it's worth when you try to stop it later in life etc? Thanks.
