so i feel hopeless if i do eat when im trying to diet because when i eat its some really delicious but bad for you or nothing at all. i cant balance it ! soo i dont know what to do, just stop eating?or eat one bad thing for me a day and then excercise a lot?

Im pretty young still, around 13, but Im really passionate about fashion. Going into high school is there any tips or things I can do to pursue this more? Anything advice would be great!:) Thanksss in advance!

I personally loved it because it was extremely realistic with good writing and point of veiw!
