My girlfriend and I have been dating for six months and it wasn't till now that she admitted that she has once or twice missed her ex that verbally and emotionally abused her. She's 17 and I'm 18. I don't know how to handle it because she tells me I'm the greatest thing to happen because I treat her very well, but she misses the "closeness" she had with him from being with him for 2 years. They dated a year before I dated her. SHE DOES LOVE ME AND WE ARE VERY CLOSE, so that is why I'm confused.

I am 16 and she is 15, we have been dating for 5 months and it has become serious but we are a fun couple. I do not know what to get her and she always says she doesn't want anything but she will sometimes say things when she means the opposite to try to be nice.

2) What does Eliezer mean when he refers to his father as "his weak point"? Why has he come to view love as a weakness?

3) How do the changes in his relationship with his father affect the way Eliezer sees himself as an individual? The way he views his father?

I'm 16.. that's all I guess is important.

I am ugly. That's simply the best way to word it; however, I have a girlfriend who stays with me (dating for 6 months) despite knowing my flaws, such as being ugly, not skilled at sports and kinda boring. I'm really down on myself thinking that it's only a matter of days until she leaves me for someone better, which I am okay with because she deserves more. How can I get past being down on myself and raise my self-esteem while still being with my girlfriend?

We started talking on the phone for a year then we finally met. I asked her out and three months later we can't stand being away from each other. We see each other at least once a week since we live 30 min away and go to different schools but I've met her whole entire family and they enjoy my company as so does my girlfriend. We share a lot of the same views too. We want to last as long as possible. What's next?

Surmising that democracy is America’s political system is democratic is because that is what the people of America are misguidedly taught in school.

Voting in a republic consists of nominating politicians to make decisions for the people which may seem similar to a democracy but instead the citizens can’t vote directly on an issue.

When America was forming the Founding Fathers purposely made sure that America would be formed into a republic because they expostulated a democracy.

The Founding Fathers believed that a democracy would be manipulative and unfair for the minority of voters and would infringe upon every American’s prerogative.

We're 15 and last night when we went out we would walk by other couples our age who were more attractive than us and she would just let go of my hand and walk a step or two away and would sometimes point something out so she could let go of my hand. Before this I'd go to her house and we would be really close and stuff and we always talk too.

We're 15 and want to be together but since we don't go to the same school we don't see each other during the week and only on the weekends. Also we don't want to go to a movie and don't want to go do physical activities despite being athletic.

I'm only 15 years old.
